Quick Mississippi Mud Cake! Hi!  I would like to share with you all, this quick little recipe that will give you rave reviews!   WARNING!! This maybe addictive CAUTION! One boxed Brownie mix of your choice. (or your own recipe for a 9x13 pan) Prepare the brownie mix as usual.  Sprinkle 2 cups mini marshmallows on top of the freshly baked hot from the oven brownies.  Prepare in a sauce pan....1/4 cup butter, 1/3 cup baking coca, and 2/3 cup milk. Bring this to a boil for 1 minute, stirring with a wisk. Remove from heat and pour this evenly as possible over the hot brownies with the marshmallows on top. Let cool very well, you can place in the refrigerator when cooled down, in order to serve chilled if you like. This is very much like a rich fudge brownie. A little goes a long ways....but for that day you crave chocolate   ...this will do the trick!  Blessings and have fun cooking!!  Mrs Lyn

I just went to a covered dish dinner and there was this dessert there. It was SOOOO good. I have been looking for the recipe. Thanks so much for posting this easy, quick version of this delicious dessert.
I'm going to try it out soon!!!!!!!!!!
