Hello all!
As of January 1, 2003 we are implementing a new process when inviting players (this includes inviting alts). This new forum is ONLY visible to officers, as I have given rights. If you are not logged in as you, you will not see this forum.
Officers with rights to this forum: Jacquelyne, Liliminiel, Books, Aahzmourgue, Tilolen, Idoru, Rorie. [Once Roritha registers with EZBoard, I can give her rights as well.]
You will need to post here the following information:
Character Name
Sponsoring Member (or the character's main)
Date of Invite
As stated in the officer's forum, this will allow us to keep track of who was invited, when their trial period ends, and it will enable us to hold both officers and members accountable for the invitation of said character.
Let's use the following format to make things easy:
Subject of the message: CHARACTER NAME (of the new invite)
Body of the message:
Date of Invite
Sponsoring Member (or invitee's main)
Any additional details you choose to provide, if any.
