Randy Rogers Band
I can't believe that KJ hasn't done this yet, but Randy Rogers Band is awesome. Check them out if you get a chance. They are Country/Southern Rock. I love any band that sings lyrics like

When I'm dead just put me ten miles deep, when Jesus comes he won't disturb my sleep.

Kinda like giving a dirty sanchez to the "love rock/girl left me now I'm sad/boy left me now I'm sad" music.
