It has been over a year since we started here and I am curious to know what you think we could do to improve GI.
I changed the title of our Trading forum today to include Downloads because I am hoping that that forum will get used more.
Our musicians forum is floundering as well so if you guys have any suggestions and/or know any musicians who would like to post somewhere, point them in our direction.
So, please post your ideas and let us know what you think

I like GI. It just needs more people posting stuff. I don't love the color of GI but I'm getting used to it. This may just be my problem, but I can't tell when there's a new post in a thread unless I look at the date because the page number is always underlined. On MSM the page number is not underlined if a new post has been made. If that just happens to me then ignore
This is definitely what we need and there is no way for me to fix that. I just want to encourage our faithful posters to attempt to make GI their place to post their exclusives (show reviews, pictures, links they found, etc.) and I think that would help re-vamp our JM section big time.
Asspoo (do you have a real name?), the best way to see if there are now posts is to log in to ezboard and after you read what you want hit the link at the top of the page titled "mark forum read". Then, every time you visit the page, the threads with new posts will be marked with the little John icon. That should help your problem quite a bit.
Anybody else?
p.s. Jeremey, would you like your name included in the url or something? www.jeremeyrulesgi.com? Haha!
Re: Re-Vamping GI
It's amazing how most of GI is totally oblivious to the various typos until someone points them out and most of us still don't see it for a second or two.
Re: Re-Vamping GI
I've sorta decided that we are of such like mind that we just know what the other person means. That and we're so laid back we don't care. Haha. Either way,

It's either a really deep purple or a really deep blue... It's that color that confuses me. When I had the school laptop it was much lighter.

Re: Re-Vamping GI
You people must be slightly colorblind.
It's always been navy blue to me, on my desktop and laptop... and on other people's computers I've used.

I don't think it's necessarily a matter of being colorblind... navy blue is one of those inbetween colors. I don't know how many times I've debated "It's purple/It's blue" with people when it's navy blue.
Right now when I look at it, I can see both purple and blue... it's just one of those weird colors. Like, if you go to paint and lighten it up, it has so much red in it, that it's really on the line.
Remember crayon days? I used to use Navy blue thinking it was dark blue ('cause they looked the same) but instantly realized, "Oh crap, I grabbed navy blue... Ugghhhh!" (I was an anal-rententive kid.)

I solved the mystery. It's not Navy blue. It's "Midnight Blue"...and really, that makes sense. Our banner is all midnight bluey. I like it.
