Rebel Wheels Wanted
I am after a spare 13x7 Rebel four spoke alloy wheel in usable condition to suit a Ford Escort stud pattern (PCD 4.25 i think). I will buy an odd number of wheels if anyone has a few lying around they want to get rid of, or even a complete set if the price is reasonable. Troy 0400704853.

Hi

Are these the wheels you speak of?

If so the guy who bought this car has since changed to minilites I can chace them up if you like

I wonder if he had the same problem I had. I have a set of 16x8 's and it did not matter what we did you could not balance them, or stop them vibrating more to the point.

Re: wheels
I had a set of those in 13 x 8 on my first car (Datto 1600 Sports Sedan) and I remember also having a great amount of trouble getting them balanced.

Re: re Rebel Wheels Wanted
Troy, have you considered Superlites, (a Minilite copy), they're freely available in 13x7 and look really tough on a Mk 1 Escort. 8)

re Rebel Wheels Wanted
Hello David,

Yes I do like the Superlites but I have been told they are a bit on the heavy side. I had the Rebels laying around in the shed for the past few years but never used so I thought I would give them a go. They seem ok weight wise and they look pretty horn too! One is a bit out of true, thus my need for another if I can.
