Very respectful of the Carthasis Special Ops team, he admired their duty. Then one day his squad was inspecting a possible terrorist bombing on Efua 3. He ended up finding asquad of Carthasis agents who attempted to execute his squad to keep things quiet. No one knows how, but he survived alone. Unable to cope with this tragedy under CUP regulation. He left the forces and later formed a team of terrorists who look to get rid of the Earth government, implement NT rule, and destroy the Carthasis Special Ops group. Like a Storm, Maelstrom sweeps across the colonies, leaving injured but not dead. It's said that he wears an iron mask to hide a gunshot wound to his face, and that his right arm and left leg were lost in Carthasis' attack.
