broden1 New Beeper Posts: 2 (4/30/02 12:26 pm) Reply	RoadRunner seat Swap Is it possible to install 71 challenger SE seats in a 70 RoadRunner.Bought a real nice set of leather seats for a $100.00 My RoadRunner didn't have seat when I bought it. Car originally had a benchseat but I bought these with the center armrest.The buckets have tracks and everything their .Just wondering how big a deal it would be .I 'm not worried about originality because Iplan on using the car for a driver /fun car Edited by: broden1 at: 4/30/02 6:34:16 pm
dust trail Moderator Posts: 124 (8/11/02 6:09 pm) Reply	rr You will need to drill two new holes for the inside track for each seat and the outside track bolts might not line up so you may need to drill those also.There are factory support brackets also for the inside tracks that your rr won`t have so you will need to make some kind of plate for underneath the floor pan so the bolts don`t rip thru when you nail the throttle!You might also have to shim them so they sit level.
