Rolecall: 2nd FF9 storyline At first I was going to continue this storyline from the point the previous one stopped but there is always the change that some new people will join in so I start totally a new storyline. The topics which belongs to previous storylines has been closed so you cannot post there. So timeline is two years after the final battle between Kuja and Zidane. Burmecia has been rebuilt and also rebuilding of Cleyra has been started. Peace reigns for the time being but rumors of some dark force gathering its army are making people nervous in the same time. The game starts at the annual festival of hunt which is held in Lindblum. Enjoy! " There are no such things as good and evil. These things depends of our point of view"<br><br> |

My take on the matter.
OOC: Gil, I'm hunting around for new blood. I think the peeps from Tempest's new board would be the kind for the RP, but they haven't spoken up yet. In any case, I'll proabably get Tempest into it. You know how he is.

That would be cool. The more the merrier. Also someone wants to play as the original character of the game he should reserve it right away. This way you get the character you want to play. Here are the stats of my character: Name: Freya Crescent Hometown/kingdom: Burmecia Race: Burmecian Occupation: Dragon knight Weapon: Spear Background: (OOC:Well I think that everyone knows her background so it's useless to write here information regarding what she did before Burmecia was destroyed by Alexandria.) After Kuja was defeated and peace was restored to the world Freya travelled back to her homeland to help rebuild Burmecia back to its former glory. Year after the start of rebuilding work in Burmecia Freya, Zidane, Dagger and Vivi found a sunken island where the Bronze Dragons slept. After they woke the dragons they learned that they were the ancient ally of the Burmecian people. Garland had figured that they might cause troubles like eidolons did and so he tricked them to this island and then sunked it. The dragons created a magic barrier which created a shield to protect them from the water. Unfortunately the battle with Invincible and Garland had been so tiresome and then the spell took all their energy and they fell asleep. Kuja even created an artifact which made sure that the bronze dragons would sleep forever but Zidane destroyed it. The bronze dragons returned to Burmecia and now they nest at the mountains of Mist Continent. Favourite NPC  NPCs which I play most) King of Burmecia and the high priestness of Cleyra(OOC: Can anyone remember the name of the man who Freya was love with? He was some Sir....) My character! (1 of 2) Race: Human Age: 18 Height: 5’11 Weight: That’s a secret! Hair: Black with streaks of blonde/Straight/Shoulder Length/Braided Eyes: Blue-green Clothing: Black Sleeveless Vest, black pants, black knee-high boots, black elbow-length fingerless gloves. Weapon: Combat Claws – the ‘Reaper’s Scythe’ claws: these combat claws are curved like a scythe’s blade and designed for clean cuts and quick kills. They’re also made of Mythril, but that’s not the point. Place of Birth: Treno Date of Birth: February 14th, apparently, though she isn’t too sure… Personality: Extremely sweet and adorable, almost to the point that you can feel your teeth rotting… Background: Shanya and her brother, Karnak, were born and raised in the slum areas of Treno, though they managed to keep away from a life of crime. Instead, they each learnt some skills and abilities from a duo of travellers who had seen the twins stop a pickpocket quite easily. Shanya decided to learn how to fight hand-to-hand from the monk of the duo, and she picked up on it rather quickly. After learning to fight, she became a security guard working at the auction house ((sound’s familiar, eh?)), where she soon earned enough money to get the hell out of Treno and onto the next airship. That was a month ago, and now she’s taking part in the Festival of the Hunt in Lindblum to get a hold of a Mythril Vest. What does destiny have in store for this beautiful young fighter? Ray's a half-human with some wolf in him. He does not appear too different from humans, though. Hometown: He's a Treno regular, and thus a part of Alexandria. Occupation: A professional hunter and sometimes assassin. Weapon: Arm. (Explained later.) Personality: Most times, he's kind of quiet...and sometimes irritable. He's usually got alot on his mind, especially on the life that he leads. Description: A tall man, having black hair and piercing gray eyes. Or perhaps they are silver? Nevermind... Anyway, he isn't overly muscular, but is obviously one of reasonable strength and certainly agile enough. Thus, his body is built well. He's clad in leather mostly, including brown leather armor. The sleeves of shirt are a little large...for a reason. There's nothing special about his right arm, but his left... Well, I'll get to that later. He has a sword in a sheeth, but it looks as if it hasn't been used in a long time. He says he can't trust it anymore... Background: Ray's father was a werewolf, a murderer, and wanted in all parts of the Mist Continent. His family once lived in Alexandria, before his father went mad. Then his human mother brought him to Treno. Time passed and Ray's father was eventually killed during a murderous outbreak of insanity. The moon had driven him wild. His mother worried sometimes that the son would follow in the footsteps of the father, but that didn't appear to happen, so all was well. More time passed and Ray was old enough to live on his own. He became a hunter of monsters...or of people. Either way, his heritage enhanced his abilities. Ray's sword skills were amazing, unbeatable - untill one day...he was commissioned to kill a Behemoth that had wandered near a town. Ray fought the beast and eventually beat it, but not before it had bitten off his right arm during a Trance with flaming jaws. The wound did not bleed, did not entirely heal, and was magically charged. Now, his main weapon is the arms of deadly creatures or mechanical prostetics. Ray never used a sword from then on, believing that his skills were now useless. Instead, he began to wield new arms twice as efficiently. He searches for a legendary weapon: The Arm of Death. Now how's that for a character? I know all of your burdens, your pains... Let me make them...WORSE! |
