• Access to community hot tub and sauna. Pool and Tennis in summer.

• Winter Skiing (5 minutes to Heavenly, 30 min to Incline/Mt Rose, 45 min to Kirkwood, 60 min to Squaw Valley).

R A T E S
Fall: Oct, November $190 per night, 3 night min + $125 cleaning fee.
Winter: Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar $240 per night, 3 night min + $125 cleaning fee.
Spring: Apr, May Jun $190 per night, 3 night min + $125 cleaning fee.
Summer: July, Aug, September $240 per night, 3 night min + $125 cleaning fee.
$300 refundable damage deposit required for all rentals.

Payments: 50% of total required within 4 days of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept payments in the form of Paypal (preferred), traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks payable to Stuart M Brown.
Cancellation Policy: More than 60 days, all monies refunded except for $35 cancellation fee. 60 days or less: We will refund any amount paid that can be recovered by re-renting the days reserved.
