SOTOS UK North and South meetings....dates confirmed
Well another excellent step forward for Society of the Onyx Star UK.
There will be two meetings one in the North (Manchester) and one in the South (location to be confirmed). These are both open meetings, all are welcome to either meeting and both if you like.
The North meeting will be held on the 17th October and the South meeting on the 18th October.

Hopefully this will be start of what will be regular regional meetings and then national meetings.

The Southern meeting is likely to be in Guildford sometime during an afternoon probably in weatherspoons pub. The advantage of spoons is its music free and less loud (in the afternoon). I am looking into alternative venues.
We will NOT have room for anyone to crash unfortunately.

Obviously, I will be at the Northern meeting. I won't be able to make the southern one and so far I've had zero replies, apart from text communication between me and Rosie.How about you Stu?
Now come on guys, it would be nice to see some more of you attending these meetings.

So far my count is me, Travis and Chris (we may all be attending both). Possibly another couple of locals. And very likely one or two of the pagans in the uni group that are very interested. Unless they go to the Samhain thing in Croydon.

Guildford venue will be the Wetherspoons pub for a variety of reasons. 1) Its around the corner from the train station and 2) they don't play music so its better for chatting.
From the train station follow signs into the town centre. You should be walking towards the friary shopping centre. The pub is on the right hand side under the ACM (Academy of Contemporary Music).
Time for this event will be 3pm.

And as for the Manchester meeting, Friday 17th . We shall be meeting at The Moon Under Water on Deansgate. From there we may move on after things are discussed. Again, it's a nice quiet pub where we can have a good chat.....ohhh we have so much to discuss.
