I just found this on cinescape.com, and it's an interview Shiri did with Inside Trek & Sci Fi. Since I'm tired of scrolling through all the threads, I thought I'd start a new season 3 thread.
ROSWELL 3rd Season Info
Shiri Appleby talks about what lies ahead for her
character on the show.

ROSWELL's third season is looming, and cast
member Shiri Appleby is talking a little bit about
what lies ahead.
Specifically, Appleby spoke to Ian Spelling's syndicated Inside Trek & Sci
Fi column about the season opener "Busted," saying, "Max and Liz are
going to be together. It's exciting. The scenes are really sweet and
romantic between them. It's also very dangerous, because Max and Liz
start rebelling together. They hold up a liquor store and get arrested. Liz's
parents forbid her from seeing Max, but Max and Liz are working together
to contact Max's son.
"What I'm most excited about is that you'll get to see these two people
that are so passionate about each other finally be with each other. And
you get into it in the very first scene. The whole first episode, you'll see
the past couple of months in flashbacks and see how they got to the
place where the first episode starts. It catches you up, and you see how
they've gotten to the place they are now.
"They've completely rebelled against everything. They're not as sweet
and wholesome as they used to be."

Re: More spoilage! *MAJOR*
Just found some interesting stuff over on aint-it-cool-news.com! Enjoy!
Major ROSWELL Spoilage!!
I am – Hercules!!
1) A good part of “Roswell’s” third season may focus on the recovery of Max and Tess’ baby – but the baby (if there is a baby) may not even be Max’s at all…
“Roswell” 3.2, authored by the great Ron Moore, focuses on Michael’s new job at Meta-Chem, but we now hear it also contains this telling exchange between Kyle and Isabel:
KYLE: So you two haven’t had sex yet.
ISABEL: What? Well, no.
KYLE: Oh, because once he has alien sex with you the cat will be out of the bag.
ISABEL: How do you know? (Kyle is silent) Oh my God. You and Tess? I thought you said she was like a sister.
KYLE: “Like” being the operative word.
2) In 3.5 (part two of Max’s adventure in Los Angeles), Max will discover one of the aliens who crashed in 1947 is a shapeshifter who has been making his living as a big-deal film producer.
3) In the teaser of 3.6, Isabel -- while snacking in the Crashdown -- has a erotic telepathic encounter her old pal Kivar. Which could be very bad news for her new fiance, whom she’s marrying this episode.
4) Max learns at Jesse’s bachelor party in 3.6 that Isabel’s intended used to work for the U.S. government.
For up-to-date “Roswell” info, we continue to recommend Cherie & Gwen’s roswellatemysoul.com.

With Alex's ghost as her guide, Isabel (Katherine Heigl) must finally confront her fears about love and her conflicted feelings for Jesse (Adam Rodriguez). Meanwhile, Maria (Majandra Delfino) happily discovers a whole new, "human" part of Michael (Brendan Fehr) in, of all places, a bowling alley.
Colin Hanks returns to reprise his old ROSWELL role as Alex's ghost, in an episode written by David Simkins and directed by Patrick Norris.
Re: Frakes Offers Roswell Spoilers
Found this on scifi.com. Jonathan Frakes talks about Roswell and mentions some spoilers.
Frakes Offers Roswell Spoilers
Roswell co-executive producer Jonathan Frakes told SCI FI Wire that the SF show will have a new look and feel as it kicks off its third season Oct. 9. "We can't pretend most of these kids are in high school anymore, which I think is a blessing," Frakes said in an interview. "Isabel [Katherine Heigl] is in college. Max [Jason Behr] is on the run. I just directed an episode ["Secrets and Lies"], and it's Max in L.A. looking for the second shapeshifter [to be played by Joe Pantoliano of The Matrix]."
Frakes added, "We've really upped the ante in terms of the setting and characters. Half of my episode was shot in the streets of L.A. Michael's [Brendan Fehr] got a job at a high-tech firm as a security guard. It's going to end up revealing that there's stuff going on there that's going to help Max understand the mystery [surrounding his son]. The kids are not standing around lockers much anymore. Liz [Shiri Appleby] and Kyle [Nick Wechsler] are still in high school, because Shiri and Nick can still play that age. So we can occasionally tell stories that take place in a classroom. And we'll still have that wonderful SF underpinning. The surfacing of the second shapeshifter will provide cool optical opportunities, but the strength of [executive producers] Jason Katims and Ron Moore as writers is [that] they lean more on character than [on] visuals. As someone once said, `If it ain't on the page ... .'" Roswell moves to UPN at 9 p.m. ET/PT Oct. 9.
