Should junkyard cars be added to registry?
I got to think, when a board member is in a junkyard or sees a race car w/ the VIN still on it, should the VIn and condition, etc be jotted down so we can add it to the registry?
That way more cars would be accounted for and if by chance the long lost owner has the VIn it may help them know where it is at. Or maybe they don't want to know?

I guess so as long as the full VIN was displayed. Wouldn't do much good for someone looking for "their" car otherwise.

That's kinda what think. it would help fill in holes in the registry. it may seem little now but the junkest cars may be gone altogether in another 10 years or so. This way we would know where they were at and what shape they are in.

I also think once the registry gets large enough we should organize it from oldest(last 6 digits) to newest. It would make it easy to find a certain vin later.
