Okay I do have a few problems with this, sorry but there are a few things.

First of all he likes torture but he has the crest of light? That seems a little odd to me. The main one though is that Kari's son has a partner of Salamon as is shown in the ending for season 2.

I have no problem with evil kids and actually encourage them so be my guest! Actually there is an easy way to clear this up which would be to reverse your crest to Darkness, Hatred or a dark sort of crest and to take away his relation to Kari. If you'd like him to still be related to the old kids than perhaps he could be Jun's son and therefore a cousin to Davis' son or something. That would also allow him to have the mushroomon line.

Would it be a big deal or problem to remove that or are you okay with it? If you could just change the relation and crest then you are accepted no problem whatsoever!
