Slow-down
I'm experiencing a drastic slow-down whilest accessing some sites, especially forum.
I've scanned my system with several anti-virus programs ( up-to-date -including for blasterb and sobigf ) and several anti-adware programs, -all give me a clean bill of health. Right now all I have running is windows ( 98 ), IE6 and Zonealarm, but things are still painfully slow.
Does anybody have any idea what's wrong and if there is anything I can do to fix it?
