South lake tahoe ski lease
Great Ski lease in south lake tahoe
Hey snowboarders and skiers, it’s that time of the year again: time to find a ski lease. We’ve found a great house in South Tahoe (Tahoe Keys), and we’re looking for a few more people to fill it. We are looking for someone between the ages of 21-36. Here is the info for the house:
4 bedrooms
2 1/2 baths
Upstairs master has a Cal King bed, full bathroom with double sinks and a 1/2 bathroom and a 42 inch plasma TV
House has wireless internet
Also upstairs: kitchen (stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops), living room with a large sectional, deck overlooking the lake with a wet bar and dining room table, a big screen TV with DVD and Xbox (you provide the games), and a fireplace
2 car garage
Downstairs has 3 bedrooms. Downstairs master has a queen bed with a deck that has a hot tub on it and a boat dock. The room next to the second master has 3 twin beds (1 is a bunk bed). The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. There is 1 full bath downstairs with a laundry room.
No smoking or pets in the house. Sorry, that comes from the landlord.
Linens are included. Local phone, water, garbage and basic cable as well as high speed internet are covered by the landlord. We will pay for snow removal, gas and electricity.
If you’re interested or have any questions, send me an email (snowboardj@gmail.com) and we can talk. The lease is from Dec 1-Apr 30, with unlimited use, so you can go up whenever you want. The snow season looks like it’s going to be great, you’ll want to have a place to stay up in Tahoe!
