Spider
I took this about a month ago. There was too much light shining on the spider, so some of the detail is washed out, but it came out better than I thought it would.

It is an orbweaver, but not the typical kind. I'm not sure what the common name for this one is.

Unlike the orbweaver on that page, this type builds irregularly shaped webs that are almost box shaped. Also, these spiders will build their webs right next to each other, making a larger web that can span between trees.
Kind of creepy, eh?
