Star Crossed Across the Stars The Hyaku floated there in Luna's orbit. A Suit Carrier nearby, having just transported the Hyaku there. Before him was the Zssa Kai, and behind it, a Maggellan Battleship. "Why is it you asked me here...?" Inside the Maggellan in a padded room was a large viewscreen showing the two suits facing off. Three guards stood within watching a single handcuffed and shackled woman. "Reality's a bitch, eh bitch?" One of them said nudging her with his Fang2 assault rifle. Fang 2 Assault rifle Ammunition-5.56mm RPM-1300 Options-3 round burst or full auto, digital counter on the side. Feed-clip, 45 rounds. "You won't see me coming. *Raven growled at them between clenched teeth. She has just woken up a few hours ago from her drug-induced coma. Hell knows how long she'd been out. Her Berretta's were taken from her, and now she was here; in a darkened room, kneeling on the ground with her hands shackled to the wall behind her.
She mentally cursed herself time and time again for allowing her heart to get the better of her judgement. However, when she caught sight of the Hyaku, her heart stopped for an instant. All of a sudden, things made sense, and it made her curse herself even further*

Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars "Why hello there," floated the voice over the commlink, utterly casual - almost dreamily spoken. Crono's face showed up on Haumen's screen, and he stared nonchalantly, looking bored. "How nice of you to come. Pardon, but you must not know me. I'm Crono, the one in charge around here." The Zssa kai was armed fully, but none of the weapons systems seemed online. The arms were folded, even while one hand clenched the rapid fire beam cannon. Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars "So your the fiend behind this horror...Any last words before I remove your presence from existance?" He aimed the rifle at the Zssa. Hearing their masters voice the armored guards turned to the screen an watched Vid windows had opeend at the elft and right corners depicting the suits pilots faces as they conversed. Though instead of Jay's face in the left croner, was a black and white harlequinn's mask and from which behind flowed his gold and silver hair. "Hehehe, Whata surpise he's gonna have.." "Damn straight. Crono'll wipe him one way or another." The guards chuckled. "You won't see me coming. You may know I'm coming, but you won't know I'm there. 'Least not until you find that hole in your heart." |

"If you wish for your woman to live, and not die a slow, painful death, you will disarm your weapons systems now and offer Maelstrom's surrender." As if on cue, a video screen, directly fed from the cell in which Raven was being kept, opened. "If you do not do so, I will order those three guards to do what they will with her -- I really don't care what it is -- and then kill her when they finish. " He lowered the weapons, the Hyaku surveying the area for some way to make this a clean cut ending. "You hear that? Anything we want!" "Anything eh?" The one said turning around and rubbing the muzzle of his rifle uo and down her throat. "Greimer, you're a sick fuck.." "I bet she is too once you strip her down.." "Hehe...She's a looker.." I'll leave the live feed for you in case you'd like to watch." The Zssa's arms unfolded, and it spun around - Crono staying alert - and began to move back toward the ship. Opening a comm to the guards on the ship; but leaving the one to the Hyaku open as well. "Go ahead, boys. Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars *Raven silently watched the screen, and noted the face of the man she thought she knew, now doning a mask of back and white. Upon hearing his statement, her face became staunch white. She felt a pit in her stomach grow into a black hole as her emotions overloaded on her. Then the three gaurds came to her. She felt the cold metal of the rifle touch her throat, up and down. She heard their words, but her emotions drowned them out. Then they closed in on her. She knew what they had planned. She didn't care, either. Because she wasn't in a state to give them a chance. As the one gaurd came close; the one who touched her with the rifle...the one with the keys.....she made her move. She quickly grabbed them a yanked hard, snapping them from his belt. She then used her chained hands to uppercut the gaurd hard, sending him flying back. The one behind her got a nice hard roundhouse to the jaw. Raven then dropped to the ground, and swept the floor under the third gaurd, and hastally began to undo her manticles*

Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars Crono sighed, spinning the Zssa to face the Hyaku. "Crono to Magellan, we have a prisoner escaping her cell, please tend to this as soon as possible. I will be attempting to remove her means of escape from the ship." Flicking off the comm to the ship, Crono finally grinned. "Sorry bud, but I gotta ensure that neither you nor her leave this place alive now. En guarde!" The rapidfire beam cannon was raised, and not aimed at the Hyaku - but the MS carrier that had brought it here. Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars The Hyaku shot forward at full speed, throwing a punch at the Zssa's face. "You should choose better men." "Ugh...the hell..." Mc'yntre stired, the others were out cold. Assault rifles, grenadesd and several clips tossed in the sscuffle. "You won't see me coming. You may know I'm coming, but you won't know I'm there. Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars The Zssa managed to duck the punch, but the momentum carried it right past the Hyaku. Spinning and gunning thrusters to counteract the intertia, the Zssa came nearly to a stop, drifting very slowly backward. "I'd figured three morally deficient apes could guard one woman. I'll put a better man on it next time." *she had gotten out of the shackles quickly, and immeadiately scanned the room. She saw her Berretta's in one side of the room. She quickly sprinted and grabbed them, noticing one of the gaurds coming to. She holstered them, and stridded over to him, picking up a stray assault rifle as she did so. She stopped dead in front of him*
"Reality's a bitch, huh?" *she shot him in forehead pointblank. She heard some noises coming from outside the cell door. She narrowed her eyes, but then looked up at the camera in the corner. Glaring silently at it for a moment, she calmly raised her hand to her neck, and made a "slit-throat" jesture towards the camera, before blowing it away with a shot. She strode over to a few stray granades, picked a few up, threw one to the door, then sprinted to the far end of the cell and crouched in the far corner, lifting a unconcious gaurd up in front of her for protection from the blast*

Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars Thge Hyaku made a circular flight pattern around the Zssa, zagging around the cannon shots as he put down the missile with vulcan fire. "Don't toy with me, your trumph card is gone and once I choose it, so will you. Spare her, and I spare you." The Hyaku dived full force, arm outstretched. The rifle fired twice as the green eye on the left of the Hyakus face flashed, and then it zigged to the left, encircling again. "Put your weapons down and we won't kill you." The door Opened. "Put him dow...AARGH!" The grenade went off, blowing him into giblets. Two more rushed in pointing thier guns at her. "ON YOUR STOMACH!" "You won't see me coming. Yes, I think I'll do that... or maybe reduce you to a vegetable, and let you watch me as my power grows... Oh, the choices!" Crono's voice wavered just a little, as the Zssa weaved around the beam rifle shots. The Zssa went into a counterstrafe, circling around the Hyaku in turn. Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars *she heard their shouts. Again, she didn't care. Her emotions had become a flatline of anger now, and she always used her anger to her own advantage. It made her more accurate, suprisingly. Still using the unconscious bodygaurd as a shield, she aimed and fired at the two gaurds in the doorway with the rifle, in short collected bursts*

Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars He held his own strafe, moving closer and closer, keeping the cannon shots just behind him. Then the triple gun fired, and the Hyaku bent, almost elgantly, backwards, spiraling around the shot with the use of it's directional fins. He fired the rifle 4 times, hoping to catch the Zssa off guard long enough for him to thrust into melee range. The bazooka was now in his left hand. "Gah!" "urk..." The two men fell, shots in their vital organs. Time was short though. The sounds of more guards rushing to the sound of the grenade echoed through the halls. "You won't see me coming. Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars thankfully, the profile of the Zssa had slimmed when it pointed the 3-barrel cannon at the Hyaku, and the shots zoomed by with a little evasive action by the Zssa. Crono now did something unexpected, the Zssa's free hand drawing a beamsaber and the suit quickly drawing in. Crono didn't want to be on the bad end of that Bazooka, and taking it to melee was the best way to ensure that he wasn't. Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars *as soon as she saw the 2 gaurds go down, she started into a dead sprint out of the cell. She didn't get far down the hallways before 2 more gaurds encountered her, rifles in hand. They shot at her as soon as she came into sight. She did her best to dodge the bullets, but was grazed in the right arm. She clasped it with her left hand as it bled, but returned fire as she continued running*

Re: Star Crossed Across the Stars The Hyaku was easily corraled, and when the saber swung, it swung the bazooka. SLinging it around so that the saber cut the barrel, the momentum of the swing kept the magazine spiraling in the Zssa's face as the rifle fired 3 shots into it, thrusting backwards as the magazine erupted. As she came up at another corner, a grenade dropped into the center of the T intersection. "You won't see me coming. You may know I'm coming, but you won't know I'm there. She made note of the direction it was tossed in* "...fuck this." *she sprinted up, and punted the granade into the T corner it was thrown in, making a mad dash in the opposite direction as she heard an explosion*
