Star Duster
Star Duster was a mail-in order Joe who also wasn't in the Joe cartoons(or comics).
I can't help but think of G.I.Joe "The Movie"where Serpentor and Cobra-La's legions of doom come after the B.E.T.
When the huge worm-like creature breaks in the gate, there are Joes,or some military personel, who are shown.Their costumes resemble those of Star Duster.
Just wanting to get some feedback from others on this.Plus,it's a good excuse to (re)watch the Movie!

Cartoon Starduster
On my copy (Rhino, excellent condition), the soldiers in that particular shot are in greenish brown uniforms. I believe the lighter outfits in that facility are worn by scientists (see Vernee Watson Johnson's credit), and the Baroness poses as one of them.

More similar to Starduster are the paratroopers seen in Battle for the Train of Gold and Money to Burn. They wore light blue flight suits with a white helmet and straps, and white parachute packs and breath masks.

The real animated Starduster can be seen at the very end of the G. I. Joe Action Stars cereal commercial, which also featured Duke, a Cobra Officer, and a live-action child. The commercial is (or at least used to be) at Quick Kick's Theatre.
