Tantrum (open)
Hermes rage drove him home to mount olympus, to a secluded corner of a garded where he sat cross legged and slumped over. Like a young child, he clentched his fists and nearly cried, not sure what to do with himself.
Feelings of hate and revenge flooded his thoughts. Weather he had reasonable cause to hate and be angry at Dionysus wasn' the issue so much as he just did. So much anger was harvested in the young God of mischeif, Hidden in childish pranks and jokes. But the usually happy and warm god was cold and painful air flooded about him. It was not the first tantrum Hermes had ever had. He often through them and was perfectly happy and twice as sweet after ward. And just as now they were usually set of by business that was not entirly his own.
But now, unable to hold still he paced. He felt like a fool, and he was so angry. It was hard to decide what he was most angry about. But then... nothing really ever made sence with hermes when it came to matters of emotion.
What had started his manipulations with Dionysus? Jelousy? of his love for a human!? never. (though it was true) HErmes had no one to love him and nearly worship his every movement. What angered him most? That he could not break them apart? probably. He remembered how Dionysus had nearly bent down to worship the human, it was disgracing to all gods... and he could use that.
The fire in Hermes eyes blazed. He wanted revenge, revenge on Dionysus who had everything he wanted and disgraced their family (who hermes could care less about). Revenge on Dionysus for the way he spoke down to the god, and so cockily too, because he had a human lover. The hate grew inside HErmes, if anything angeredhim most it was being talked down to.
And He had told Hermes that he had no heart and could not truley love. What did he know! Hermes angerly kicked a flower causing it to blow apart.
If there was one thing Hermes could do it's love. but then again Hermes didn't know TRUE love, only carnal love. Her was a fine seductor and lover, but never had he felt for a female in such a way as to worship her with no sence of pride as Dionysus did of that mortal. Though He cared deeply for Persephone, as time went on, he could never have her so there was a sence of safty. And his Love for Artemis went unnoticed or sought by the virgin goddess. She would never see him as anything more than a little brother, for she was happy independant and untainted. But she, he loved most of all for her spirit, but hse would never know that.
Nike had been wonderful and made him feel alive, yet she hardly had time for him anymore.
Why even that two bit wanna-be, Iris had found love now in the arms of Apollo. And she was happy so he hated her mroe.
In all of mount olympus was there no true love to be found? It didn't matter, Hermes thoughs were primaraly on seeking revenge on Dionysus, and boy did he have dirt.
