This is my last post - I'm on a roll. After seeing what Tess did in White Room, I am more and more convinced that Max did not kiss her in the rain outside the Crashdown. This was Tess projecting to Liz for Liz to see the kiss. Poor Max - trying so hard to resist, but failing miserably. Then he tries to explain it to Liz and totally digs a deeper hole. The more he tried the deeper he dug himself in. I also believe that Tess had the science teacher tell Max to come up front and be Ms. Harding's partner. Michael was disgusted with Max - I felt so bad for Max - he was desperate - needed to talk to Michael and Michael told him to get out. Very good episode, roller coaster ride of emotions.
Well said. I believe Tess projected all those images both to Max and to Liz. I still feel Tess is some how an EVIL alien! She just tries to hard. Only time will tell.

It was the wormy way she went about it. She wasn't straightforward with them. Leaving her little sugar cubes and manipulating their minds. What the heck is that all about. How could any of them trust her with her sneaky underhanded ways. No wonder everybody (the audience)hates her. There is one thing I have noticed, we all care passionately about the couples Max/Liz, Michael/Marie and Alex/Isabelle, and are overprotective of them all. We see right through Tess and no amount of yelling at the screen will help, they just don't hear us. The character (played so well by Emily) is EVIL incarnate.

I swear this is the most disgusted and angry I have ever gotten about a TV show. I cannot stand to watch it hardly, because of Tess. You are right, we are overprotective, ESPECIALLY of M/L. I pounded my fists on my bed when it showed Max and Tess kissing. I got this sickening feeling in my stomach. The only thing so far that has made it better was seeing how enraged and saddened Max was in "The White Room" when Pierce showed him the pictures of Liz dead. I, too, feel that Tess is going to be somehow an evil alien. She lived with Nasedo all that time and learned from him. I think she doesn't like humans very much, like Nasedo. All of the rest of the aliens were raised by humans, but not Tess. My sister has said that she is boycotting "Roswell" altogether until M and L get back together. I think I will stick it out and keep hoping!

Oh, I'm gonna watch to see that little tart get hers. I sorta feel sorry for Emily playing such a character. She gets her big break in a super hot show like Roswell then the whole world hates the character she is playing. Tough duty. Tess could stay on Roswell as long as she keeps her claws off of Max, Michael or Alex. They belong to Liz, Maria and Isabelle, respectively.

Kinda interesting to note that this is not the first time
Emilie has had to play a semi-hated character. In The Beastmaster she played a character that seemed evil but her real purpose was to protect nature/wildlife...so she was sort of good in a way. Weird how she's moved on to the Tess character which is kinda the same way.

Ok, I watched this episode last night (finally MM--you know who you are). And I noticed a few things.
When the Sheriff comes home and Kyle is watching a basketball game, the Sheriff turns it to watch about the fire at the psych hospital where Topolsky was killed...The woman reporting says at the end of her speech..."This is Thania St. John reporting"!!! Thania used to be (don't think she is anymore, but could be wrong) on the writing or production part of the Roswell staff. Her name was in the credits last season. Interesting... Seems like a few of the execs appear in eps. Remember Jonathon Frakes (sp?) appeared in the Pilot and The Convention. Hmmm.... Kinda cool.
The other thing I thought about I wouldn't have thought of if I hadn't seen this season's events and developments. Remember the box of photos that Izzy tries to help with and Tess tells her to put it down; and then Liz looks in when she's over there trying to plant the camera??? It was full of pictures of Max, right? After just watching "Harvest" Monday night....it reminded me of all of Courtney's pics of Michael! Scary thought. With all the developments about FM saying that Tess needs to stick around so there's the four of them or they'll all be weaker....I wouldn't think that Tess is a Skin, BUT...with these pics of Max it seems strange (course they could have been Nasedo's just watching the Royal Four). So, the Vilandra Project is to try to get to Isabel, Courtney has her sights on Mikey G, and MAYBE, just MAYBE Tess is the one that's to go after Max. And do what, don't know...since he's the KING, he wouldn't betray himself or anything, but maybe to get him to fall (as king) or lead him astray (so Is and Michael betray) or kill him???!!! Don't know. Just thought it was kind of a weird coincidence. Like I said, don't necessarily think Tess is a Skin, especially since she is so needed in the Future for them all to stay powerful (according to Future Max). It just got me thinking...

OK.. good points there Neeners.. Honestly.. I don't think Tess is a bad alein.. Really I don't .. I don't trust her and I think she did something to Max on the other planet.. I don't think they were as in love as she tried to play it off as... I think she betrayed Max.. Michael DIDN'T... He was VERY loyal..
The pictures of Max were taken from all over.. Like walking home from school, at the crashdown etc.. Mikie G's were taken from one place.. Leading me to believe that it was Nasedo.. Shapeshifter.. Wouldn't Max have noticed Tess around him.. I mean she doesn't blend in that well... and with a camera always pointing at him.. I think he would have noticed.. Liz also only was on the top of the box.. we don't know if there were pictures of the others in there..
And.. Brian.. don't think I am sticking up for the tramp... I'm not.. She has something she is hiding. and believe me.. WE WILL FIND OUT!!! Its coming Brian.. Your little... what ever she is.. will be found out.. soon enough...
And I noticed a few things.
