The Final Battle Discussion

Hey, everyone! This is right now the writing voice of a combined Elenna and Shadow. We've been messing around with this idea for a while, and we've decided it's finally ready...
This is a follow-up of sorts to the Rivendell RPG. It takes place 100 years after the coronation of King Elessar. The final elf stronghold is at Wellinghall, where Elenna Starsong dwells with her husband, Glorfindel. But a cruel warlord has marshalled the last of the orcs, uruks, and evil men of the South and is marching on a now unprepared Middle Earth. Can the last few elves convince Men of the need to fight? What will become of us?
Shadow_staar is the official owner of this RP.
We're open for any character, but here's what we need right now.
Glorfindel - he's going to be a main character, so Elenna can't do it.

Ok, not all of the discussion is here yet, but no matter, I will import it if I get some time free. I would like to get this game back up and running! I think all members are present, however vaguely, and this game is a bit too good to just waste.
What may have gone wrong before may have had something to do with the fact that mostly we were kind of running blind - no plan. I don't intend to get a rigid structure - dull and probably wouldn't work in this atmosphere anyway - but we do need some sort of short-term plan for the evil that is brewing. Shadow, Elenna, what did you have in mind?
Or failing that, just go ahead and post whatever...I'm opening the game when this is posted

Okay, I have been out of the RPG business for decades. (hm, maybe months but it feels like a decade) and am eager to get started in a serious one again. (Muddle-Earth is ofcourse serious, but I mean downright true Tolkien-like RPG) I have two characters since they are my standard ones and they are not possible to sepperate. So I hope you can forgive me for hogging the gameplay. But if you read the history of them, I think you will understand. I've used them in like 3 or 4 RPG's now. Not to mention two fanfictions.
So, here are my character's.
Name:Anuion
Age: Around 4100 or so.
Apearence:Anuion has blonde hair and a green cloth. Although an elf, his clothes are mostly human from his travels and the influence of Bordarigorn, the deciple he took on in Bree. Anuion carries a long elfish knife, a sword and a bow.
Personalety: Anuion is a stubborn elf and has had much experience in life and battle. His face reads of tremendous effort, but apart from his stubborness he is both wize and kind. A friend indeed and very loyal, Anuion would go trough everything it takes to save the lifes of others. Anuion's personalety has taken over some human treats over the years due to his travles with Bordarigorn.
History: When reaching the age of thousand, Anuion left Mirkwood to see the world. Unlike few elves that left, Anuion never returned to permanently settle. When Bilbo set of on his adventure for the lonely mountain, Anuion met up with the human Dunedain Bordarigorn, who was at that time a terrible rookie. Anuion had then already passed the 3000 for centuries. Anuion celebrated his 4000th birthday with Bordarigorn who at that time was already 82 years old. During the war of the ring Anuion was captured in the Brown lands where a huge army of Orcs was stationed for a surprise attack on Lothlorien. Bordarigorn took with him about 20 elves. Amongst them were Helkahothion, Anuion's father and Mordariel: A strong she-elf and an old war buddy from Helkahothion back from the old alliance. Afther the war of the ring, Anuion and Bordarigorn stuck together and visited their parents once and a while. Ofcourse, they always were looking for Orcs and other foul beasts to slay, for Anuion had pledged not to leave middle-earth untill it was purged. An oath he sometimes regretted.
Name:Bordarigorn
Age: 182
Appearence: Although he is grey and old, Bordarigorn's will still has all his potency. He is brawled and broad, and with his 2.05 meters, he towers above most people. His cloth is brown and plain, altough he carries some items that don't look human. His knife is a good example of that. He also carries a bow, a spear and a bow. The shield is made of the skin of a troll he killed a very long time ago. His hair is brown and reaches till his shoulders and he has a circulair beard. (picture Boromir from the movies for his hair style) His face is kins and willing, but when in battle, it's grim and stern. You wouldn't want to be on the wrong side of his lance when you meet him.
Personalety: Bordarigorn is kindness in a human form, but his spirit is lightly flameble and his wrath is terrible. He tends to be very protective of Anuion, but can also get himself into trouble by rushing into battle too soon. Altough age has taught him and experience has formed him, in his heart, he is still the child that set of at the age of 21 because he thought that life was going to be boring if he didn't do something about it.
History: As you have just read, Bordarigorn set out at the age of 21 from his parental home. At Bree, he needed money so he helped at the farm of a Hobbit. The hobbit got killed in a warg raid and Bordarigorn had almost died to if Anuion hadn't saved him from the hungry jaws in the nick of time. After honerably burying the Hobbit Bordarigorn tagged along with Anuion. Anuion on his turn, taught Bordarigorn elvish since Bordarigorn would be dealing with them a lot and it was good to know what people say behind your back. The rest of the history is stated in Anuion's history so I will not bore you by repeating it.
