Alright, so maybe it is "sorcerer."
It's just that a lot of these words are weird, like "volcanoes" and "volcanos." I got marked off for writing "volcanos" so I complained, and my teacher protested, and finally we looked it up in the dictionary and it said both were okay. Gee.
