The Path Home (cont.)
Legolas sat up and smiled to his father. He had not known what he had done with his wife. "Father! What brings you here so late at night?" He arched a brow as he sa his father's face, and the smile turned into a frown. He supported himself against the soft white pillows, the sheets came up to his waist.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Nothing but the concern for the well-being of my son. Thranduil smiled walking over and looking out the window of the infirmary. He turned slowly. Actually, I do have some news....

He walked back towards Legolas. It seems Mirkwood has gotten the best of your friend; Anorista. Too many bad memories I suppose. The whole incident with Athelos was too stressing for the poor girl--not to mention your accident while defending her honor.

Thranduil sighed. She's gone, my son. She left a few hours ago. I dreaded telling you, but I knew it would be better this way....rather than you finding out from a soldier.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
His eyes narrowed. "You lying bastard....My WIFE would not leave without informing me. She left because YOU forced her. and I will not sit with this father. You would part husband and wife? I didn't think you were that low." He swung his legs over the bed and tried to stand.

The healers and nurses, not to mention a few servants watched and listened in horror.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Thranduil's eyes narrowed on his son. Husband and wife.... He repeated darkly.

It would seem that lying bastards run in the family....along with disobediant children. He glared at Legolas. You defied me. I asked you to not even take into the consideration of marrying that girl.

His blood began to pump faster.

"What do you have against her?! She has done NOTHING to deserve such hatred! I love her! As you loved mother....ever since she left, you have become bitter to me! And when I find love, you tear me away and force me to someone else! No more father! My heart can not take it anymore! Father I am begging you! Please.....bring my wife back to me...please..." Legolas was on the verge of tears. He dropped to his knees and gripped his father's robe. "PLease...." He said in a begging tone.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Thranduil looked down at his son as he kneeled at his feet. He felt guilty about what he had done...but his mind said otherwise. Part of being a father, is doing what is best for your children--telling them they are wrong, even when they believe they are right. This is for the best, Legolas.

He leaned forward and touched Legolas' head slightly. Thranduil straightened up and looked to the nurses. Bring him to his chambers and see that he rests there with no disturbances.

With a nod he left the infirmary.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Legolas stared wide eyed at his father. "No...." He said above a whisper as his father left. The servants nodded slowly and helped the stunned Legols to his feet. Half dragged and half walking, Legolas was led to his room and helped into bed. "He...." His eyes closed and the tears streamed down. The pain in his side came, as he rolled over onto his side and laid there, his back to the door and the servants. "Leave me..." Legolas said, and the maiden nodded and closed the door behind her. He laid there. Unmoving. Silent as the grave.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Her eyes opened to see the night sky above. Sitting up, Anorista winced slightly. She had been dropped off in the Gladden Fields. The black cloth used to cover her was laying beside her now. She was alone.

Tears began to well in her eyes as she stood and looked to Mirkwood. Her love. She couldn't leave him--not now. He was hers, and she was his. Yet she had to go back silently; in secret.

Looking to the black cloth, she took it and began ripping it. Luckily it was large. She managed to make a bandana. Her hair bunched into the material as she wrapped it around her head, forehead, then skipped down to wrap around her mouth. All her face but her eyes and nose were covered.

Anorista used the remainder to make wrist covers and tie the rest around her body. She looked like some assassin--yet her intentions were all noble.

Silently and quickly, she headed back to Mirkwood. Her black form and slim figure gave her the silent edge she needed to slip by Mirkwood sentinals. She used the trees; swinging and climbing with persision, until landing gracefully in the grove near Thranduil's home.

Looking up, she lept into a tree and began to scale it stealthly. An outstretched branch gave her just the right amount of width, so she could jump onto Legolas' balcony. Her plan was to sneak to the infirmary and inform her love about the situation.

But as she crouched on the balcony, it startled her to see someone laying there. It was Legolas. Anorista kept silent, though her heart beat faster and faster at the mere sight of him.

She waited until Legols turned, facing away from the balcony. Then, she slipped inside and crept along the floor like a wild cat, stalking it's prey. Anorista was getting quite hot in her mask and black tyings--but she did not remove them.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Legolas's eyes drifted up towards the stranger. He arched a brow and sat up. His eyes never drifting from hers. They seemed...familiar. His face was expressionless, and his eyes blank. Shrugging he laid back down. If this person was going to kill him, he might has well die in bed. He gazed at the person intently though, never wavering.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Anorista smiled, yet Legolas' refusal to fight made her sad. Was he that depressed? Or hurt. Slowly, she pulled out a small dagger and held it in her hand. The dark figure approached the bed and climbed onto it, straddling Legolas where he lay.

She held the knife above him; twirling it slightly, yet still Legolas did not move. He stared coldly at the figure above him. Yet instead of plunging it into him, Anorista braught it to her neck, and cut the material.

Her dark curls fell down to her back and about her face. Her green eyes stared at Legolas.

Legolas' eyes widen and he stared at her in shock. His throat dried and his body felt like water. "An.....anorista...?" Then. without warning he wrapped his arms around her and huged her. He nuzzled his head into her chest.

Anorista hugged Legolas back; his head resting on her chest, while hers rested on the top of his head. She stroked the back of his hair gently as she sat there, straddling his lap.

"I was afraid I would never see you again..." He said as he cried silently in her chest. His heart raced with joy. She came back. What his father had tried to do still hurt him, but his love was here, and his wife was here. He hugged her tightly, never wanting to let go. Fearing she would be taken from him again.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Anorista pulled back and looked to Legolas. She placed a soft kiss on his lips. Our first night as husband wife....you really think I would miss it? She smiled and looked to him sadly. How I yern to make love to you...with you.... She whispered. But her eyes fell on his side, and she pulled back sitting in front of him.

Legolas frowned and took her hand. "Then let us. It doesn't hurt... see...?" He lifted up the side of his tunic abd revealed the gasp, it was closed, but still bruised looking. Leting the tunic go he pulled her onto his lap. "I have wanted to taste your lips..." He put a finger on her lips. "Taste you...feel you..inside you..." His eyes roamed her body, hen drifted up to hers.

He brushed a stray stand of hair from her face. " You are more inportant..."

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Anorista tilted her head slightly as Legolas trailed his thumb over her lips. I don't want to hurt you... She said softly, gazing into his eyes. Yet for some reason, I believe our first time as husband and wife....will be better than anything before it. Knowing that what we do, we will have for the rest of our lives. You are mine...and I am yours.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Legolas smiled and pulled her under the cover on his laps. He wore only a sleeping tunic, that reached to his mid thighs. "You can not hurt me...that my love...my wife...is impossible..." He smiled and cupped her face in his hands, kissing her deeply.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Anorista smiled. Still locked in the kiss, she began to untie and remove the black material she had tied around her. Once that was off, she pulled her tunic overhead and dropped it onto the floor.

Looking down to him lovingly, she took his hands and braught them to her breeches, while kissing him on the forehead.

Legolas smiled and kissed her neck, showering them in sweet kisses. His hands found the strings that bound the breeches together. Slowly he undid them, and slid his hands down between her legs. rubbing her gently. His kisses moved down to her thraot. Neck. Shoulder. Collarbone.

Legolas grinned and nuzzled his face in her bare chest. his hands caussed moans to escaper her mouth.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Anorista moaned and reached down to Legolas' manhood. Kissing him on the top of the head, she guided him into her; pushing him back onto his back while she settled down atop him. A small smile on her lips as she looked down to him, and slowly began to move her hips--not wanting to upset his wound.

Re: The Path Home (cont.)
Legolas moaned slightly and felt the urge to grind into her. "You do not have to be gentle..." he whispered. His arms snaked around her waist. He grinded his hips into hers, ignoring the pain., Not caring about it except for her. Harder and hard he thrusted into her, wanting to feel her. His wife. It caused a fire to ignite in him.

Legolas lulled his head back onto the pillow. Breathing deep, as his heart beat faster and faster.
