This board is....

Howdy... um, I mean, hello...

The reason this board is so empty is because the original members came here when the "mother" site, FFWA, crashed one day and they needed something to do, and a place to archive the old Dark Secret stories.... which don't seem to be here anymore.

Who knows if they'll ever come back. I just drift in and out because I'm hoping London will show up. She's a web genius from Chicago and did some cool layouts for this board once. Her art doesn't see to be here anymore either, which is why there's an "X" instead of pictures.

This forum is suppose to be just for Dark Secret stories, but people have been using it as a general chat because the real general chat is dead. It's so sad, really.

Something that is really, really sad is that FFWA seems to be no more. I just found out tonight when I tried to go there and post. I had just posted there last night... my 1,100-something post was last night. Today it just says Rob (the owner) can't afford it anymore.

I've been rather busy lately though; I started a new job on April 1st as a legal secretary. Woo-woo, eh? I wrote this really neat fan-fic on this forum, but then fan-fic forum is fried... heh. Luckily it's something I saved on my own computer. It's sad to lose all the neat comments people made. It was the first time I let anyone read my stuff. Someday I might get it published, but I think I might want to draw it up as a manga-type graphic novel. Do you do any writing? Into anime/manga? I burnt my right index finger with some boiling water, so I'm having to type this all with my left hand. My right hand is in a cup of cold water... ow, it still hurts. Otherwise I'd type a bit more, but I must go... See ya around. I know 14 attorneys and I'm not afraid to use them!

I didn't even think about what day it was when I went to FF:WA and saw it was "no more." ... Dagnabbit. I've tried but I just don't find the time to do it with school and whatnot. In the summer I am probably going to try getting back into it but until then I'll stick to watching animes and playing FFXI. About your finger.... You weren't supposed to survive the incident.. I've been busy with work, otherwise I'd be back here replying sooner. It's neat to see if you've said anything, even though this is one of the slowest "chat sessions" I've ever been in. You ever been to www.ffwa.org ? I highly recommend it if you want to chat with other FF gamers. It just celebrated its 5th anniversary. Go hither.

You don't seem TOO bad I've got MSN,Yahoo,and ICQ but I rarely use ICQ... Because well, I'm allergic to it, and it gives me a rash. Shesh... mumbles under her breath Jumping in other peoples tumbleweeds... Anywhoo, it's only um... 8 days later, and here's your reply! Aren't you glad I'm still here? hears crickets ....ahem. I haven't been online in a while. I got aneat, slightly old/new game, Beyond Good & Evil, which is a great game, despite the poor sales. I've been playing that some, and peeking at the Stanley Cup playoffs. I'm not really a big fan, but it beats baseball. Any hobbies? Besides highjacking tumble weeds? Got a job? I have one, but I'm wondering if I should try someplace else. I've only been at this place since April 1st, but there's one woman there, like the office manager, that everyone hates, and I have to deal with her directly everyday. She really makes getting up and going to work a miserable experience. sighs Don't you feel sorry for me? Someday I'll hit the lottery and I won't need all this!
