This has to be told!!!
To whom it may concern;
I have been a DL subscriber and member since October
of 1996. I have also been a member of BBs for a long time. Many of you have had dealings with me. I'm an
HO slotcar enthusiast, former collector and current
racer of all forms of HO slotcars from T-Jets to Inlines
both drag and road racing.
Recently, I and my fellow enthusiasts have been the
object of continuous goads and insults from a group of
guys who call themselves a cooperative of independent
slot car sportsman. They are however, as shown in their
collective behaviors, slot hobby trouble makers
who for some unknown reason continue to harass me. I
have been accused of being associated with organized
racing and refusing to race with certain people. I am
also harassed for being associated with a certain HO
parts manufacturer which these guys don't like much. I
am telling you this because these guys appear one way on
the DL and hide behind certain BB's and use insults and
vulgar language behind the scene. Their collective goal
is to hurt the hobby.
My point in saying all of this is, enthusiast beware.
Your so called friends may be trying to hurt your racing
program. Look carefully, and you just might recognize
one of their posts right here on the DL or BBS.
