well, there are some drinking areas in the festival that are but it's not 19+ in general.

You ask me about maybe competiting in the ecko festival, but never called me back. Just want to know what's up, if all the spots are filled i need to know a frined of mine is working security at this event and if i'm not battling she said i could work for her that day

yea, i was there but i had to step out to get my girl and by the time i got back it was the 2nd round.... oh well, shiit happens
