It’s back and BIGGER than ever before! The ninth instalment of Ultimate Combat is set to thrill you with even more International competitors, a stunning light show, beautiful ring girls, UC’s first ever full Professional rules female bout and the electrifying finale of the gruelling eight man eliminator for the Ultimate Combat World Lightweight Title.
Ultimate Combat World Light-Heavyweight Champion, Pierre Guillet, faces his toughest opponent ever! Guillet will be up against a French wrecking machine from a camp where loosing is simply not an option. His adversary has a genuine record of 15-0 and is a champion in SHOOTO, Luta Livre, Pancrase and Sambo! Be prepared to witness a true war within the octagon!
Ultimate Combat 9 will see the start of a four man eliminator which will find the first challenger for Brazilian phenomenon Fabricio Nascimento’s Ultimate Combat World Welterweight Title belt. The four-man will include an ADCC Champion, a veteran of King of the Cage, a European SHOOTO Champion and a Russian M1 veteran.
Plus, love him or hate him, Damien Riccio returns to Ultimate Combat amidst a wave of controversy to continue into the final round of the World Title Qualifiers. He will be facing Holland’s Evert Fyeet. Despite giving away ten kilograms in weight and nearly a foot in height to his opponent, Riccio wants his chance to snatch the World Title from Pierre Guillet, and the only thing standing in his way is the tough Dutchman, who is just as hungry for Pierre's crown.
As well as all of this expect to see Lars "Bad Boy" Besand, James "The Colossus" Thompson, Team SHOOT Espana, representatives from some of Holland’s top gyms, members of the newly formed German Top Team as well as some of the most exciting new talent on the British circuit.
