 VOTE: Constitutional amendment: National Anthem
The Identity clause of the constitution shall be amended to:

IDENTITY
Trián shall always target to create a strong economy. This is a priority.
The Triáni flag consists of 3 vertical stripes equal in size, dark yellow-white-black from left to right.
The Triáni national language is English, yet any language may be spoken.
The national anthem is "Oh, Trián". The first verse alone is sung on most occasions.
