Article 1
Hereby, the Republic of Karnali and the Commonwealth of Trián agree to mutual recognition, respect, and co-operation as micronational entities and pledge friendly relations through the confines of peace, justice, and good-will.
Article 2
Through the pledge of friendly relations a treaty of peace will be maintained between the powers of our two great and humble nations creating a state of co-existence, both nations commit to refrain from overt or covert means to undermine the others national stability, and a mutual respect of territorial integrity be established.
Article 3
Peaceful mediation is offered if requested in the event of any micronational dispute or conflict as long as consented upon by all nations involved.
Article 4
Any amendments or adjustments of this treaty must be requested through a notice to the other signatory nation (in the form of a post on that nation’s territorial state) and must be agreed upon by both signatory nations, any amendments without the consent of both nations is invalid and void.
Article 5
Withdrawal from this treaty must have a written notification five days in advance of the withdrawal date and must be posted by the nation’s foreign official or head of state in both nations’ territorial states.
Article 6
Immediately after the ratification of this treaty (through the mutual governments head of states signature or foreign officials signature) will its relevance take affect as both signatory nations are bound to the commitment of this treaty and dialogue between our micronations shall begin.
Article 7
Any violation of the aforementioned articles will result in the suspension or annulment of this treaty.
Article 8
This treaty will remain in effect until a signatory nation withdrawals or the action of annulment occurs.
