WWE's Predictability.
Is it a given Tripe will win the Title at KotR?

In the wake of September 11th, Kurt Angle - then a face - was given the Title as something of a moral boost, winning it over Austin. Austin won it back shortly after.

When Tripe returned, he seemed destined for a long title reign, but he was overrun by Hulkamania. So Hogan was given the Title, only to drop it to Undertaker. That was actually a surprise. I'd hoped Hogan would hold it for 5 years again.

But now it's become apparent that Undertaker has been chosen as the fodder to drop the title back to Tripe, so the WWE can return to their normal broadcast.

Is there any chance ABU (American Badass Undertaker) will win it?

And which genius in the "Creative Department" finally realized that by getting ABU off the bike, giving him more neutral entrance music (instead of "Rollin'") was more conducive to his demeanor as an heel? A little overdue, wasn't it?

Re: WWE's Predictability.
To ME its a given that Tripe will win, but let's hope they fool me & pull off some great storylines, now that they have Russo again. The man CANNOT book, but he's one hell of a writer, IMHO.

The WWE booted Tripe off of the creative team, already, but if he wins KOTR, you KNOW there will be the same "screwing the bosses daughter remarks".

...and just between you & me, I think they're true. HHH could get a much finer babe than Steph, & I kind of doubt that she has a beautiful personality, considering who she calls "Daddy"...errr, strike that...I'd be talking about HHH all over again.

But just IMHO, Tripe is sleeping his way to the top. Its a good career move.

...and HELL followed with him

Russo's Back?
I didn't know that? How long before another pregnancy angle kicks in? And how does Russo feeling about working with Hogan once more? At least Russo might push for the re-signing of Jarrett.

But as for Russo being back, that's WWF/E predictability in itself!

Re: Russo's Back?
I'm sorry, SILK... my Russo-sighting could have been a false alarm...

Tom Zenk mentioned Russo's name along with Hogan & the nWo as examples of the WWE relying on the past, in lieu of any creative ideas. He also mentioned Russo in another column about a week ago, along with "failed comedy writer" Brian Gerwitz (sp?), the Head Writer for WWE,

I *thought* for sure that Russo was back, but I haven't been able to find anything to support that claim. Zenk has always been reliable, but I dunno...I'll see if I can find out something tonight, & if I *do*, I'll let you know. WWE.com doesn't say JACK about who's on their staff...just their on-camera peeps.
