Wed. Night T-Jets at West Seattle Speedway & Hobby
Call 'em what you want, Club stock, Fray rules, Hopac legal, Hopra specs, but they're still t-jets and we race 'em every Wednesday night at 6:30 at West Seattle Speedway and Hobby. The racing is FREE!! on the super smooth WSS&H 15 X 4 Bucktrack (picture is a Link) and informal, at least for now. But we're looking for racers who want to slide the ol' pancake cars around the track. The
"Fray in Ferndale"
is Over for 2001 but we still are having fun racing on our own! The SO. Cal team owned us, and everybody else for that matter and are fitting champs once again. Congrats guys!

So if super speed and "magnetic attraction" are not your main reasons for being, come on up to West Seattle on Wed. Nights for some close, FUN, old time racin'!!

Racin'& :rollin & Race notice Postin' Rockinator

P.S. I have over 15 race ready t-jets so if you don't have one, feel free to borrow one.
(any except the Black Lola), Yep, that's the one, or a close copy anyway.Or come to think of it, you can't borrow the yellow Lola either, Or the Green Lola. I might not let you borrow any Lola at all! But I do have something you can try.....
The Blue Camaro is a"Tuff Ones" But..it's retired for now
Well, you could borrow the White or Chrome Red Ford GT, The chrome green Ford GT is dog slow but it stays in the slot...

Re: Wed. Night T-Jets at West Seattle Speedway & Hobby
Howdy Rockinator,

Good looking cars, but a bit skinny for the Fray. Check the pictures with Joe Giegel's article on Salem for that wide track stance you will need to compete.

How long are you running your series? Just might be up your way in the next few months. If my car is Fray legal will it be OK in West Seattle.?

Best regards,
Mark St.Clair

Mark,
Running the series every wed. with no breaks in sight until the Fray.

The car pics are not of my actual cars. My Fray cars are WIDE and low and handle pretty well, all 11 (and counting) of them. Wheel wells cut to the max, and maybe a little beyond. ;)

Your Fray legal car will be legal here and welcome! And if it toasts our cars we will want a full tech tear down. :evil

Hi Mark!!!

We'd welcome you and your car and you can bet we'll want a full tech tear down after you leave
us in the dust. :o )

What Rockinator didn't tell you, was that last Wed. he had somebody take me out (deslot)
as I was passing him in the last heat. I had worked hard during that last heat to catch him
too!!! The final results showed that he won the race (4 2-minute heats) by only 1 lap and
I placed 2nd. :o )

I guess he couldn't take it any longer since I had been beating him the previous 2 weeks with the
same car - which I had gotten FROM HIM through trading.

take care,

Randy C. (aka tiaragam1)

Randy The C. Get Over it! You LOST Bubba!!
It's grinding your insides to pieces isn't it? A guy who NEVER finishes higher than 3rd jumps on you for the win. Suck it up Bubba! How many times did you deslot in the race? You know how many times I deslotted? Zippo, none, the big nada, the empty set, the rolling doughnut, never, and if it hadn't been for my car losing power 3 times on the orange lane I'd a beaten' ya by 4 laps! I don't need to pay no "enforcer" to knock you out of the race, you mostly take care of that all by yourself!

(ok folks, before you all get worried that we're gonna have a flame war here, this is all in fun.)

Anyway, I look forward to kickin' your Sissy Blue Ford GT all over the WSS&H Bucktrack this commin' Wed. Night. And then how about thursday night at my place for some one on one t-jettin' on the twisty Tomy track and some Milk and Cookies!

Later! Rockinator
