Williamsburg Visit Ladies, Have any of you visited Colonial Williamsburg? We did in Sept. and my it was such and educational trip. I would HIGHLY recommend a visit there someday. Your history lessons will come alive and bring on a new fresh meaning!! Bye now Mrs. Lyn |

Re: Williamsburg Visit
We have been several times and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Jamestown settlement is also nearby and going there is very interesting, too. The reenactors at both places were great with our children and I know Williamsburg will give you a packet of resources if you let them know you are an educator. Many national parks offer wonderful resources, as well.

Re: Williamsburg Visit I went to Wiliamsburg a few years ago, and loved it! It was terrific, and it felt so...real. After we visited there, I just knew I wanted to become an historical interpreter. I hope to go back when I'm a teenager for the intern program they have. "...Of making many books there is no end, and much study wearies the body." |
