Defenetly Sauron

, all the bad things that happen in middle earth are his fault, the ring he made , the orcks and Saruman too, becouse he is only the puppet of Sauron as Gandalf said in the movie.

Definitely The One Ring. I know Sauron was the one who made it, but he still can't return to his old power without it.
