Yes, Quinn/Zephyl drop RotLC occasionally.

I wish to attempt this and need information please:

1. Do both of these guys drop the robe?

2. Does it result in any negative faction that might cause people not to help?

I fought Qwinn 15 may 2002, he was running at sow speeds had an increased spell resistance, he refused to take nerf weapons, and im told the drop rate is 1 in 8 or so.
