f32 -Shower sump
I own a 1977 F32. The shower sump pump runs, but doesn't pick up anything. I suspect that the previous owner had clogged the sump. The problem is I can't locate the sump. I see the pump suction line entering the cabin sole under the refrigerator, and I see the overflow from the sump running into the bilge from that same general area. Is the sump merely an integral part of the hull? (as in, an area between to ribs blocked off to create a box with the cabin sole as the top.) If necessary, I can cut a hole in the sole under the fridge and install an inspection port. Don't want to do that if the sump is somewhere else and I am just not seeing it. Thanks for any guidance.
The sump is behind and to the right of the frig. You must pull the frig out completley to get at it. Look closer you just missed it. This is where it is on my 1980 F32.

f32 sump
There is an opening just aft of the head wall in the floor which allows you to get to a in-line filter which gets plugged. I moved mine up next to the pump.
The pump also has a filter which requires cleaning.
F32 shower pump
Hi: I own a 1973 F32, and found the shower pump and filter in the engine room to the outside of the port engine. The filter has a little glass bowl that has a srew holding it on. My father has a 1974 and it's the same. Hope this helps
