I know that us Dreamers will win this whole Tess/Max/Liz thing... but what must we endure to get there... Its gonna be devastating... unbearable to watch... TV smashing, head banging, screaming......... I think you get the picture...

Anyhoo - Ryal, I will post a pic of myself one of these days. As Tina knows, I bought a scanner this week and am having trouble with my USB port. I'm a freakin' programmer - you think I'd be able to fix these things. But, one of these days I might get the problem solved. For now, just imagine I look like Pamela Anderson.
IMM - another baseball fan!! Of course, I'm an Indians fan since I live in Cleveland, but the D-backs have been my favorite expansion team. Did I ever tell you that I grew up down the street (about a mile) from Brian Anderson? He's about 5 years younger than me, I think. His dad owns a tire store - Brian helped change my tires once when he was about 16! How many people can say that? And great news about your weight loss! Pat yourself on the back - it's harder than people think.
I hope Brian is right about us getting our wishes by the finale. But, then again, he's a guy, so the chances of him being right are slim...

MM... BRIAN ANDERSON... CHANGED YOUR TIRES... OMG... He pitched today.. He didn't have a good day.. he is a cutie... He is my second favorite pitcher for the Dbacks.. Of course the ever so BEAUTIFUL Mantei.. (Iceman) is my favorite.. He can pitch good too so he isn't just a pretty face! They lost today... I left in the 8th inning to get home in time to watch the end of the Wildcats game. The drive between Tucson and Phx is soooo long.. well its not that bad.. but NOTHING between them... Start out at 75 MPH and before you know it.. your going 90MPH... (atleast I am) Geez... I did make it back in record time today.. Only 1 hour and 20 min!! Its just over 100 miles. I still can't get over that you knew Brian Anderson.

Tina baseball isn't for everyone... I was brought up with it. I mean if it wasn't on TV we were listening to it on the radio.. (Yankee games only!) And I can't remember not listening or watching baseball.... Funny thing is.. My husband can't stand it.. so its me taking my son to the ball games... Its Mom time... My son just made starting pitcher on his little league team.. I was so proud of him.. Mantei gave him some tips during spring training... Thats his favorite player too...

Just had a Supersized Mountain Dew with my lunch. Please excuse me while I vibrate...
Anywho, I'm here. My wife is not here on weekends. I'm enjoying being a bachelor again for a while. I don't have to put anything on hangers, I just pull wrinkled stuff out of the laundry basket and I'm good to go. I can stay out until dawn, then sleep 'till 2 in the afternoon. On my days off I don't have to leave the couch, nifty stuff like that.
When I go back East I'll be in Western New York, near Buffalo (MM and I will practically be neighbors - I have to talk to her about starting The Lake Erie Crew. The LVC already has a 'California Branch', so why not an 'Eastern Branch'?), not NYC. But I've been there a few times and it is a brutal town but I would not "get eaten alive there" as IMM so eloquently put it. I'm a pretty 'street-smart' kind of a guy.
Yeah, good day for the 'Cats. Don't know if they have anything for Duke, though...but I hope so...I can't stand them...Arizona may be a team of destiny this season, with everything that's happened. But as we know, destiny doesn't always work out the way it should...unfortunately. Liz...err, Duke might just get in the way...

IMM - It might not seem so strange that I grew up down the street from Brian Anderson if we came from a big city, but we grew up in a town with a population of 15-20,000. In the middle of nowhere. The cool thing about him is that he hasn't forgotten who he is. He bought a house in Bratenahl (a suburb of Cleveland), he went back to the hometown last summer to get married at the church he grew up in. His parents are really down to earth, nice people. And their son is a hottie! Broke my heart when Cleveland traded him away.
Brian - Moving to Buffalo! Wow, guy, you'll be like an hour and a half from me! Oh...I'm not sure I want an Emilie Fan that close to me! Sure, we could start the Lake Erie branch if you want. I'm convinced I'm the only Roswell fan in Cleveland, anyway! Jeez, I hope you like to shovel snow.
Tina - IMM is right - you either love or hate baseball. I happen to love it! IMM, I'm with you - I'm always the only girl standing with the guys at work in the morning talking about the game the night before! IMM, the Diamondbacks just lost three straight games to the Angels. Part of the reason is that IMM didn't say hello to my 38 year old son in Phoenix at Saturday afternoon's game.
Go Wildcat's against Duke on Monday. Partly in memory of coach Olsen's late wife, Bobbi. Partly because they're the only Pac-10 team that survived till the Final Four. Partly because one of the Las Vegas Crew, Trillianx, is a graduate of Arizona, both a BS and a JD, and deserves our support.
I'm with Brian on Tess. I guess I'm really a dreamer and would like Max and Liz to get together, but does that mean that Tess has to be completely out of the picture? After all, as one of the more silent members of the Las Vegas Crew says, "men are pigs". Do you not think Max could be totally in love with Liz and still be willing to have a "get-together" with Tess? I'M JUST KIDDING. All men are not pigs, are they? Don't answer that. I know that with Brian's wife out of town, he's probably having dinner at McDonald's and going to a PG rated movie.
