He kind of looks like Tom Cruise.. But I personally think he is better looking then Ol' Tom... Jason just seems to have something about him... Maybe its the lack of ego surrounding him. (I don't think that Tom has that big of an ego either)
Well I look forward to this one!!! In a way of course.. I don't want to hear what he has to say... or what Liz does.. so maybe I will just turned the volume down!!!

I can't believe Max would believe what Liz tells him she supposedly did to push him away, either! I'm nervous about this one, but looking forward to seeing Future Max in his yummy leather, too. Mixed feelings...

Okay, I've been stressing about this episode for a week now. Then I saw that picture of Future Max and my jaw hit the floor - Oh, my! I have seen the future and the future looks good!
Anyway, let's try to put a positive spin on this. I don't think what is going to happen in this episode is going to make any of us feel all warm and fuzzy inside (that wasn't the positive part). Why don't we put ourselves in Liz's shoes?
Your one true love, your soulmate has returned from the future. What would you ask him? Would you want to know, or would you rather not?
Interested to hear your ideas on what Liz might ask Max...other than if she can touch those biceps!!

Liz's questions.. hmmm tough one... Well Liz would want to know if she is a scientist.. and what her grades were.. ha ha NO I AM KIDDING.. (remember her making a big deal over Tess's grades.. that was so Liz.) I don't know what she would ask him.. I know I would say.. "WOW YOU LOOK GREAT IN THE FUTURE... Forget Tess.. I'm not giving you UP.. BABE! You go and try and tell your younger you to dump me and see what he says.. He wasn't willing to do it when Mom O Gram came what do you think your chances are???" ..

I have no idea what she would ask him. I am really looking forward to this one MAYBE all those ROTTEN spoilers are WRONG.. Maybe Neeners spoiler.. (that she isn't suppose to be looking at) is right... But lets get through the 47 crash one first and see what happend.. (I hope it was Neeners spoiler... because I can't see from here)

If it was my spoiler, I don't remember it, IMM! Which one were you referring to? And I know I'm not supposed to be looking at spoilers, but I have peeked a little...but I promise I'll try not to from now on.
As for what Liz would say/ask Future Max...I have NO IDEA! How bout this one...nevermind, just realized it would be spoilerish, so I won't post it--I wouldn't want to ruin it for someone who can stay away from the spoilers. Guess we'll see in two weeks.

Okay Gang..
Just watched the Nick.com interview with Liz oops! I mean Shiri! I missed the beginning, so if anyone knows what was said please let me know. What I did read was when Shiri was asked if us Dreamers should get our tissues for End of the World, she answered, "Definitely!"
Her other comment on this episode was and I quote,
"It is a really good, sweet episode." unquote.
Hmm, wonder what 'exactly' she meant by that...only kidding. I have turned over a new leaf..I am being positive I am believing that if something terrible was going to happen..would she have mentioned 'good and sweet'???
I'm hoping for the best.
She also said that her favorite episode so far is the Pilot. Interesting.
Also, that there is definitely going to be SURPRISES in the new season.
What do you all think??

That is kind of my unfounded feeling on this episode - that seeing Future Max and her interaction with him will be sweet, but she has to do something bad to the present day Max, making it bitter.
I've already thought our ways out of this one - Liz is going to get hurt or something and Max will have to connect with her and he will see that it's all a lie. I see something happening in February sweeps. ***THIS IS NOT A SPOILER!!!*** I'm just trying to be optimistic.
Anyway, I have the box of tissues ready.

End of the World
Wow I finally got to look at the boards this weekend.. I am taking a Collage Alg. class on the weekends.. 7 hours Sat and 7 hours on Sun.. WOW talk about burn out!! Its only for 4 weeks.. Hope I live through this one!
Back to this Great Show.. OH GOD ITS ON TOMARROW.. YIIPPEEE.... Hopefully my electric will stay on.. I wouldn't want to watch it with the Van TV again! Then I couldn't tape it.. and watch Jason over and over in uniform!
Well I will be positive about the End of the World show too.. I am keeping the faith that no matter what I see now.. It will all be better soon. Remember, Liz and Max's relationship is what this show was based on (oh yeah that Alien thing too!!).. Get rid of the relationship.. and get rid of the show.. thats just how it is... They have to keep us on the edge of our seats... Thinking of it like that... It will all be all right. Just having to watch something we don't like.. well WE ALL LIVED THROUGH DESTINY... and that was a BIG HEART BREAKER!! Here just to remind you all...
MAX: No. (To Liz.) Look, everything I told you before is still true.
LIZ: Max, you do have a destiny. You just heard it. I can't stand in the way of it.

The ratings are good but from what I have heard.. not as good as they wanted them. So make sure you pass the word.. and send the post cards.. TIME TO SWAMP THEM WITH POST CARDS...
Horn Rimmed Glasses
Geez, another week of everyone drooling over Jason. I'm going to have to get in touch with Katims and have him get Max into some horn-rimmed glasses, plaid shirt, and corduroy bell-bottoms! I'm worried about your blood pressure, ladies.
Spoilers seem to have caused mass hysteria regarding this episode. I'm glad to see Vicki LVCM has set up the Spoilers Anonymous Crew. Be strong! Spoilers don't seem to be doing anyone much good. Everyone is panicking right now. Either what you have read on the spoiler boards is true and all the surprises are ruined or its false and everyone is frustrated that things they thought would happen didn't. I don't know what it is that Liz is supposed to do/say to Max, but I can't wait to find out (as horribly depressing as it may be). Stay with the S.A.C. and enjoy being surprised! IMM, I'm especially worried about you - you've fallen off the wagon so much recently I'm worried you'll break your neck!
"End of the World" - Just the title tells you that things are going to change this coming week. They may not always be to our liking, but true-to-life we'll find a way to go on and keep hope alive!

Yes, the spoilers sure have stirred things up about this one...I wish I would not have read any of them...although some of them may be wrong. I NEED to stay away from the spoilers...being surprised will be better. And then if you read something and think it's going to be there (get your hopes up) and it doesn't happen--it SUCKS! Still have mixed emotions about this ep...it will definitely pull at and play with my heart strings...but I can't wait to see it, either. But like you said, Brian...we'll keep hope alive and I'm sure sooner or later things will become "happier" with (well, ours, but maybe not yours ) favorite couple(s). Have faith that the writers wouldn't do that to us...drag us along with our hearts on the line...for the whole season (p.s. note my confidence on the WHOLE season)!
I know we'll have a lot to talk about after this one...and this thread is already long...it's going to be doubled after next week probably! But, hey, nothing wrong with that...sharing/discussing is great and so much fun!

Here is my perception of Jason.. seeing that we don't KNOW him but his charactor.. Its Max that people are bonkers over. He is the PERFECT man.. Not just looks but he is what all women want.. a man to not just love them but be IN love with them, think of them as if they were the only women on earth, and that is what Max does with Liz he also says the right things and does the right things.. (except kiss Tess) so that is my thoughts on him.
But I do hear that Jason is a wonderful person, and that he is VERY kind... and those EYES...

Birth Control Glasses
Okay, you can put all of the horn-rimmed (we call them birth control) glass, bellbottoms, whatever on Max, BUT HE STILL HAS THOSE ABS!
That's what they call the military issue glasses (from boot camp), too!
BC's (birth controls) because no one would even look at you, let alone sleep with you if you're wearing them!
But I agree, Karen, Jason would still be delicious-looking, no matter what you put him in! And I'd still do...*cough* uh-hum...nevermind, won't finish that!!!
Oh, and LOVE the "women are pigs" comment! LMAO!!!
