CORONA
Yes, the Corona is still for sale. We ran it at the hill climb at Buladelah, and also at the Bathurst speed
weekend. If you go to BLCC.com.au you will see some photos and the results. Don't have much time to get on here now. But enjoying my T'bird very much. Cheers.

CORONA
Hi Al, It felt good all weekend, and what a great time it was. I may do it again. Had not been on the mountain since easter 1971, two years before Ashley was born, and it brought back some great memories. And like Al said ' someone buy this thing'. That way I can bring the Sports Sedan out for a play.

CORONA
Some details. Corona st141 csx. Steel welded in roll cage. Everything removed that isn't needed. VS C'DORE
aluminium radiator. MR2 3SG engine,48ml Dellortos, elctromotive ignition, prepared by Ashley Birks, 175 rhp.
Supra w57 g/box, Lite ace diff, locked, with 4.8 and 5.1 ratios. 15x7 supalits wheels-6 of them. VT com front brakes, VS com rears. Noltec adjustable spring towers on front struts.King springs all round. Standard swaybar on rear, 27ml adj front bar. Car is surprisingly light, and needs considerable ballast to make weight limit, if run as late model, but can be run as early model with no penalty. This car has been at the pointy end of the field since it first ran, and is an absolute delight to drive. It is an economical car to race, and has only ever had the one set of front brake pads, and we have only ever bought six tyres for it, and now it needs a further two. The fronts have finally warn out.
Any further info needed, call me. 0412 335573.

Would someone please buy this car before the Night Meeting, because Ashley tells me is going to ring it's neck if we still own it. Besides I have to pay for his sisters wedding, and repaint the T'bird. C'mmoonnnn!

Re: corona
RaceLJ, it may be just me, but I think it is a little rude to throw numbers out in an open forum like this. The phone number is above, you should try that.
