His emotions give him this power to do things with out his wand and without a spell ~ just by wanting them to happen. He may not have much control of this power, but it's there, and it will protect him as it has already done.

Snape will be furious, since it nearly puts him at the professor's level. Malfoy, who unfortunately will be in this class, will similarly be outraged at having "lessons" from a half-blood student who put his father in prison!
But what about the other Defense classes? Hehe, Molly Weasley will be enlisted, to Ron's horror, as the new Professor. After all, with no more children at home, what was she to do with herself? She may even coerce the twins to return as part time students, opening a second shop in Hogsmeade, with the help of Lupin who will manage their new store.

I think that the fact that Harry had a crush on an older girl gave a little insight into any future romances.
Harry has had a hard life and has had to grow up quickly because of it. This is evident in the fact that he is attracted to a more mature female. I believe that this will continue in his other relationships, so keep an eye on any attractive girls that are older then him by a few years.
(What was that girls name anyway, the one that Harry fancied?
