On the Triáni Government
Trián is a direct democracy.
The legislative body is the Congress, where all Triánis may propose and vote on acts of law.
The head of state and government is the Executive, who can veto bills. He can also issue executive orders, though only when the Congress has declared some form of a state of heightened security. These orders can be repealed by a congress vote.
Then there are the departments and secretaries. For now there is only the department of state to keep the number of citizens required limited to the absolute minimum. The idea is to have a very compact government structure that allows for expansion when needed. All secretaries are allowed to hire employees.
Secretaries are appointed by the Executive.
