Orphan

Edo walked along the garden of Night Angel's domain. She listened to the whispers on the breeze and the scents it brought. "How long have I been away?" She said. "I can't recall."

She could feel an old pressents that felt so familer...
Her mind raced with thoughts before she lifted her head up...

Edo heard her name called and followed the sound of the voice. She treaded softly along the garden path until she could see a woman with long dark hair. Her eyes lit up as she smiled. "Night Angel. Greetings." Edo took a seat upon the damp ground. "Rae told me you had been busy."

Night smiled as she saw the two swinging softly upon the large swing as she folded her wings up tightly...

"Good to see you Ed... As for my busy life....
It has died down slightly..."

She smiled looking to Rae as she continued to watch the two...

"You have returned for long Ed?!"

Hoping the answer would indeed be yes....

Edo nodded. "If you still have room for me I will be happy to stay for a while. What adventures have I missed? Shall we start a new one?" She smiled mischieviously and grinned at Rae and Night Angel.

Cobweb Theory

Rae clawed the ground once more and turned, poucing on the mistress lady, knocking her over. Rae grinned and bounded away.

Lacking life but full of cobweb. Edo pondered this contradiction for a moment. Perhaps Night Angel had an undead spider problem. Her thoughts were interrupted as Rae pounced on Night Angel before leaving in a rush of fur and claws. Edo offered her hand to Night Angel, pulling her back to her feet. "I don't mind cobwebs or spiders unless of course they are brown recluse spiders." Edo shivered as she thought of the discussion she had recently about decayed flesh from spider bites.

Edo nodded yes at Night Angel's offer. "This time I would like a room of my own. Having a roommate isn't very peaceful. He didn't snore but he did end up arguing with himself often." Edo shrugged and waited for Night Angel to lead the way.

Night rose an eye brow, she did not know that Ed had a room mate... Or did she not remember...

Replying with a nod she moved, heading back into the castle as she roamed the halls.... Up on the the third floor she opened the door the room becomeing clean and lit with candles as the door swung open slowly...

"Will this fit your tast Ed?"

"The nights silence brakes to calls of wild, Kindred prayers of deadly kisses, Caressing silken flesh of the mortal� Power calling forth from ecstatic love� Silence falling from the sickened dove� The Angel stands in silence above, Blackened wings clawed in blood� Silence, death, undying love�"

Edo entered the spacious bedroom, tossing her shoes into a corner. Shadows moved along the ceiling as the candle flames flickered in the soft breeze. She landed gracefully upon the bed, and sat with her knees tucked under her chin. Edo remained quiet taking in the scenery of the room. After a moment she returned her gaze to Night Angel and Rae. "It's perfect." she replied.

Turning she looked at Rae and smiled before returning her attention to Ed...

"Supper is still on normal time... I will leave you to your adjusting .... See you at supper"

Night turned and left the room smiling soflty to herself as she thought

Rae wonders just what in the heck Angel is thinking, but decides not to mind probe. She never did it with Angel, and never would. She looked at Edo and pointed to Angel. "She's transfixed on making sure her guests are fat and healthy. Watch out." Rae laughed evilly.
