Gilnor SeeD Posts: 353 (2/20/03 18:54)	Infiltration As the night came Zidane calibrated the Invincible's teleportation device to an empty storagehouse near the suggested command center. Zidane:"So when we get there let's secure the warehouse. And remember, someone of us must get back to the storagehouse to teleport him/herself back to the ship. Then s/he can teleport others to safety." Freya:"Got it! Let's go" Ray."Four to beam down. Energize!" Soon they found themselves standing at a dark storagehouse filled with spears, swords, bows and all kind of weapons. Freya:"If this is the armory then there must be guards outside. Not so good choice." Zidane:"Yeah. Well let's try to sneak out unnoticed." They searched for an exit for some time but didn't find any expect the main door. Outside it they heard the vocies of two guards. Guard 1 (left): "When the attack is going to start?" Guard 2 (right):"Next week." Guard 1 (left):"Are you sure we're ready. I mean Linblum has the airships." Guard 2(right):"But we got our red dragons. Now shut up and concenterate on your duty." Guard 1(left): Yes sir!" Zidane to Ray:"I take lefty. You take the righty. Freya if there are any others you and Shanya deal with them." They were about to launch their sneak attack when Zidane suddenly halted them. Zidane:"Ray. Something has been bothering me." Ray:"What's that?" Zidane:"Why did you say that stupid energize thing back in the ship." Ray:"I don't know. I felt like it would fit the moment. C'mon let's concentrate on the current task, shall we." " There are no such things as good and evil. These things depends of our point of view"

Zidane thrusts the door open and ends up hitting Lefty in the face with it. Righty wasn't so lucky. He was wonked by a shell-cracking scorpion claw attached to Ray's left shoulder instead of an arm. The strike broke the man's helmet in half.) "I am the thing the Darkness fears."

Gilnor SeeD Posts: 358 (2/22/03 20:11)	Missguided guards Freya throwed a rock on the first guard who immediately turned to look behind it and saw none. Then he turned around and Freya throwed another rock at him. Then the guards turned around and started walking towards Freya muttering something about rebels. Freya leaded the guards few block away from the control center and then left them jumping from roof to roof towards the control center. Meanwhile... In the control center a large map had been spreaded on the big table in the middle of the room. The map had a lot of marking on it and it was easy to figure that it was an attack plan. Zidane took the map and headed out from the structure. Outside they met with Freya. Zidane:"Where's the patrol?" Freya:"Few blocks to south" Zidane:"I think Cid will be happy when we bring back this map."

She shook her head and focused on the mission, belatedly wondering why there weren't THAT MANY patrols... "This is too easy, don't you think?" Gilnor SeeD Posts: 360 (2/23/03 21:03)	Prisoners! As a dragon knight Freya had learned to feel dragons's presence. Always when dragons were near it sharpened her senses and made her little nervous. Just right now. Freya:"Trap!" That was the only thing she was able to say before knocked out by a huge fireball. Ten red dragons circled above them. Four of them landed to prevent the heroes from escaping. One of them a great red Matafleur walked towards them casually. Matafleur:"Put your weapons down. You cannot escape nor can you defeat us. Come peacefully and you may live. And the map, drop it along your weapons." Behind the dragons came red scaled lizardmen who collected the weapons from the heroes and tied their hands. Later... Zidane, Ray and Shanya found themselves in a small cell underground the Control Center. Zidane:"dammit. I wonder where they took Freya?" Ray:"She was hurt pretty bad. That fireball was huge I have never seen red dragon that powerful." Shanya:"Told you it was too easy." Everyone"..." The cell door opened and two guards tossed unharmed but uncouncious Freya in to the cell. Before anyone had a change to react the cell door slammed closed. (OOC: The party has no weapons expect for Ray because the enemy didn't know that Ray uses arms as weapons.) " There are no such things as good and evil. These things depends of our point of view"

Though so could I. After all I am a thief." Freya stood up and shook her head to clear the blur in her eyes. Shanya:"Are you ok?" Freya:"Yes. They healed me. I wonder why. I've never encountered a dragon so powerful. Even Bahamut is like an insect compared to that" This statement took everyone's attention and they turned to look at Freya. Ray:"What did you just say?" Zidane:"But Bahamut is the king of dragons." Freya:"I know. That's what disturbs me. We must warn the Mist Continent." Ray:"Allrighty then. Let's leave this prison shall we." Zidane:"Hey Ray. If you can't open that lock in 10 seconds I'll bet I can open it in 5." (OOC: Actually Matafleur is "just" the leader of the red dragons. He is controlled by much more powerful force. IC:> Sandro looked the sea and then turned around to face the great red dragon Matafleur again. Sandro:"So you healed her? You should have let her die. Serving our nation as a living dead would have been right for her." Matafleur:"I figured that he would do better as a living my sire." Sandro:"Very well. Next time ask me before doing anything stupid. Dismissed!" Matafleur shrudded in fear and leaved the place as fast as he could. Sandro looked at his skeleton hand and then started the ritual for adding two more recruits for his army. (the two guards Zidane and Ray knocked uncouncious were killed for their incompetence and now resurrected as dark knights) Meanwhile... Freya:"I think we might have made a wrong turn." Several more ran to the yard from inside the building closing their escape from there. Zidane:"You think so!" Freya:"Hey. Do you see that crack in that wall. Maybe we can open a passage there." Ray:"Worth trying." They ran to the wall lizardmen following them and approaching to melee. Freya:"Ray. Try to break the wall. We keep these guys busy in the mean time." Freya used her Lancer technique and sliced two lizardmen in the same attack. Freya:"They aren't so though." Above the battlefield on top of the comman center Sandro stood in the shroud of his inviciblity spell. Sandro:"Good. More recruits. Those lizardmen are weak. As undead they are a lot more powerful." (He fishes into his sack and pulls out...an Abadon Claw! It's an excellent slicer. He cuts deeply into the wall and watches it crumble, then cuts up a lizard man with equal ease.) Sandro:"Not so fast my friends. Let's give you a harder opponent." He merely waved his right hand and five wights appeared in front of the heroes blocking their way. Zidane:"What the hell are those?" They attack the wights but do no damage." Freya:"We can't harm them physically. We need magic. I knew we should have brought Vivi along." The wights grinned and swords appeared in their hands. Sandro:"Kill them." The wights moved to attack. Sandro turned away and teleported to yard they Ray and the others escaped, repaired the hole in the wall with his magic, killed the others lizardmen and started raising them as undead.
