David's new album should be out sometime in the next couple of months. It's going to have more of an electric sound to echo the tour with the full band.
Also, his website is getting revamped and so soon it will be up and running like normal.

Went to LA this weekend to see DRH!! He was amazing!! Actually partied with him for awhile, had great conversations and did jello shots and pop rocks with him. (Long story) He even video taped a message to my daughter. Will be putting up a blog on myspace about it soon!!! (www.myspace.com/hager1020)

Just saw the myspace bulletin. DRH, Dela, and JJ are playing a Hotel Cafe show on 8/18. How cool would that show be? I hope someone here gets to go and reports back.
(Haha, how many folks do you suppose will attend this show hoping JM shows up? )

The rumors are true... DRH is playing Smith's in a special Midnight show on October 13th following the John Mayer concert at Chastain Park Amphitheater!
Tickets are on sale NOW for $20 at Smith's in person or at www.smithsoldebar.com. This show will sell out, so I recommend getting your tickets as soon as possible.
So lets get this straight, Atlanta (and those visiting):
Oct. 13th- DRH playing in Mayer's band- Chastain Park Amp
Oct. 13th- 11 PM- DRH at Smith's Olde Bar
Oct. 14th- DRH opening for Mayer- Chastain Park Amp
Oct. 14th- DRH playing in Mayer's band

I haven't ever seen him solo! I've only listened to his albums, so this was a really great surprise to find out that he'll be on the ship too.

Looks like DRH is *finally* coming to NYC. And to add icing to the cake, it's on a Saturday
The venue is the Highline Ballroom, a newish music venue in the city. I've only been there once but it was very nice (looking). I think there were some sound issues but hopefully that was an isolated incident. Downside - food/drink minimum!
