I heard John today in the Cingular store - Daughters came on and my mom looked up from across the room and pointed at the speakers with a big "hey, i know him!" look on her face. Haha.

Soooo this morning was the first day of a new job and I was so nervous and preoccupied that I left my CD's at home.
PANIC!
I had to scan the radio all the way to work and was not happy about having to keep skipping over that Natasha Beddingfield song upon the FOURTH play.
On the way back from lunch I was super bummed and absentmindedly pushing "seek" over and over and after yelling "UGH!" when "My Humps" came on, I pushed the button one more time and...
Stitched Up was playing on the jazz station one button push away.

I was at "Shoreline" a beach-side restraunt today for breakfast ( just like it sounds, it is complete typical SB restraunt. Some of their tables are ON the sand). Anyways, I was having their Orange Juice blue-berry Pancakes ( PRIMEE pancakes, the best) and im munching away while my friends are chatting..
Then I hear the guitar for Neon,it caught be off guard because before they were playing like Daniel Powter, Jack Johnson, like beachy- pop songs, I mean I would have expected like Clarity or something...
There was no singing yet and I was like " NEON!" and all of my friends stopped talking... and looked at me, concerned... and i was just like " oh..its just... you know.. er... one of john's songs...again " then they all laugh..
Please, say someone else has had one of those "john song" freak-out moments..

Last year my husband and I were eating dinner at Firebird's Rocky Mountain Grill and Only Heart started playing. It caught me off guard and slowly this almost evil grin came across my face. Then on Father's Day I took my dad out for ribs at Smokey Bones and Clarity came on. It is the weirdest thing to hear his music in places other than my car and on the computer.
Okay I'm just going to put a emoticon on here because they are so damn cute! And it's named willsmith. This is too adorable. Really.
