Yesterday was awesome.
It was nice all day.
Then, about 6 p.m., storms started rolling in.
But they were just nice thunderstorms.
None of that violently-windy crap like last week.

I think today might be a repeat of yesterday for us.

sacramento had 8 months of summer, with june through september averaging over 89 for a daytime high. and then4 months of gray and cold. that's it.

You're a west coaster originally? I'm not sure why I didn't know that. My parents are both from CA. I grew up in the desert and now, living in Texas...we have seasons but most of them are punctuated with abnormal highs and lows that don't make sense.

I love rain. When I lived down South it rained all the time and after a while, it was annoying but laying in bed when it rains is the best thing EVER.

It was bright and sunny before. Then it just turned really dark and began pouring and thundering. This weather is crazy!

Tomorrow's supposed to be a beauty, hot but beautiful - 90ºF and sunny
