New York city is now, more than ever, a bustling activity for Lycans(werewolves), Vampires, Felines(were-cats), Demons, Angels and humans. America was once free of the supernatural taint that plagues Europe and most of Asia, that Era has ended thanks to the introduction of Hunters and Slayers. Hunters and Slayer have force the immortal creatures of ancient lore to migrate from the Old country to the New World. And since the relocation, more slayers and hunters are arriving every month, as they try to help control the evil which is beginning to surface.
Talk and rumors of a coming war are plentiful. It's true, a war is coming. There have not yet been any sort of 'Pacts' or 'Treaties' between any of the races. Lycans, Felines, Vampires, Demons, Angels, Hunters and Slayers. They all hate one another, and hope to destroy the other.
But, there is always a possibility of change - especially with a coming war. Each race has their own territories and places of business, fortunately most of Manhattan, is considered to neutral territory with the nightclub called Neutral Ground being at the center of it.
Fights, deaths, and battles happen more often than not. But, each race is battling with one another -- no one is reining supreme, and the races are struggling with their own internal problems of power.
