Re: Ok...what the... RedClaw I'm a Believe and you...well you never actually have claimed I wouldn't want to make false assumptions, well anywho I'm not going to argue with you about this Idotic topic, YOU are just looking for an arguement, don't say that you aren't because you admited in another thread that you were and It's not christian like I'll show you scripture if you must again but it didn't do much the first time ANYWHO RedClaw lets just drop it because I don't like stupid little arguements... |

Re: Ok...what the... I said I like arguing, but I didn't go looking for one. This one came to me. And am I a Christian? Well, judging by my zealous defense of it's premis and belief structure I think the answer should be a resounding yes. I refuse to sit and watch as my religious beliefs get ravaged undefended by someone who thinks they know better.

Re: Ok...what the... Didn't I give you the verse about Warning a Diverse man once then twice afte that have nothing to do with him? Its the RIGHT, the CHRISTIAN thing to do To be a Christain is to be Christ like Yes we will still mess up but won't it be a worse sin to knowing other wise yet keep doing it? I mean I know it is for me when I do stuff like that Nuhere has many differnt Beliefs, that aren't Christian based (And if they are Nuhere please give me a verses to back them up) RedClaw When I tell you things its not to try to be all high and mighty but its to honestly help you, i use to want to argue everything but then I realized if its not glorifing God its worth nothing 1 Corinthians 10:31 So whatever I eat or drink or whatever I do, do it all for the glory of God Now I understand it upsets me when people say things that are untrue about Christainity but I don't go and be all defensive because thats what people want I answer things best I can I don't say things like Ha you can't say that about your stupid belief...ect or something(not saying you have said that just using it as an example) What I'm Trying to say to ya RedClaw, sometime you can only seat back and go okay whatever because some people are to warped in their beliefs to care about what you say, they thing I'm right an I alone am Right So RedClaw keep that in Mind and I'll be praying for ya |

Re: Ok...what the... "RedClaw When I tell you things its not to try to be all high and mighty but its to honestly help you, i use to want to argue everything but then I realized if its not glorifing God its worth nothing" I know exactly what you're doing, and I thank you for your concern. I appreciate that you're willing to watch out for other Christians, but I think it's important that we defend our religion. "and I'll be praying for ya" Thanks!

Re: Ok...what the... X Zack X, I totally agree that it would be nice to have just one active topic in "Christian Discussion" that was not dominated by the subject of NuHere's beliefs or opionions. Red, I am totally in admiration of your endurance in not letting anything NuHere says go without a response. Seriously, I am. But couldn't the response happen just as well in another, new topic? In fact, here, I will make one. Eric |

OK Zack "Nuhere has many differnt Beliefs, that aren't Christian based" I thought I resolved this issue with Red. I don't have any beliefs. I don't believe in a being that gets involved in mans affairs, I don't believe that asking in prayer for my own selfish whims will be granted because to do so would require the rest of the world to change in order for my requests to be granted. I certainly would not want to be the one responsible for someone elses death because that is what would have to happen for me to be on time at some special event. (This was an example) I don't believe that a supernatural being made a human pregant. I don't believe Moses turned a rod into a snake nor do I believe the Red Sea was parted. I don't believe Jesus ever lived, nor Herod killed any children, nor do I believe Jesus was crucified , dead and buried and acended into heaven etc etc etc. The reason I don't believe any of this is that their isn't any reliable evidence to accept these events as probable let alone possible. The events are nowhere else recorded. Outside of the bible you could not find anywhere, historical evidence for the claims made in the bible. Even Jesus said "Prove all things". I have done that and the evidence against his existance and the claims in the bible far outweigh the insistance that one "believes" |

Re: OK
"I don't have any beliefs."
No, not resolved, because you BELIEVE that there is no God. It's a belief until it's fact, and you lack the evidence to come to the conclusion that it's fact. If it's not the Christian God, it might be another one, and frankly you're not in any position to make that call as of yet. Since you'll never be 100% certain, you'll always have a belief.

Re: OK About baptism. If you're a believe you're a believer you're going to heaven, if you aren't a believer you're going to hell. Simple, baptism is just a public showing that you're a christian to the church. It's not necessary at all. I think it's wrong that some churches do it when they are young, since they aren't christians, they don't know right from wrong or any of that. |

Re: OK Jon a flaw in that, how come Satan isn't in Heaven? He believes in God somewhere in Mattew it says something about how even the demons believe in God, I think its Mattew |

Re: OK Actually it's James. 17 Therefore if anyone is (1) in Christ, he is (2) a new creature; (3) the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. - 2 Corinthians 5:17 NASB If you claim to have faith, but you're the same old sinner you used to be, your claim has little value. We are justified by faith with nothing else attached, the result is a new creature in Christ. |

ok Red "No, not resolved, because you BELIEVE that there is no God. It's a belief until it's fact, and you lack the evidence to come to the conclusion that it's fact. If it's not the Christian God, it might be another one, and frankly you're not in any position to make that call as of yet. Since you'll never be 100% certain, you'll always have a belief." RED Here is where it gets very frustrating to get you to understand where your thinking on this is faulty. There is no reason to believe or suspect that their is a supernatural being. Man is not born with this idea in his head. With your reasoning as I said before it would be OK to believe in Santa Clause and his reindeer BECAUSE I couldn't prove he didn't exist. Is this a rational belief? If you say yes, fine. If you say no then you're beliefs are just as irrational. If their is a God and he is not the Christian God then what difference does it make if one believes or not? I suppose that it is possible that humans could be the result of extra terrestrials. There is far more suggestive evidence to believe this than to believe the stories in the bible. |

Re: ok "There is no reason to believe or suspect that their is a supernatural being." Welcome to the wonderful world of "opinions". You seem new at this. Sometimes, your opinion does not reflect that of others, and isn't always correct.
