Re: Registry
Hi all,

I own a '68 Post Road Runner. It's LL1 with Tan interior, 383 4spd. This car has only 2 options on the data plate. An AM radio and a white pinstripe. The car had a rubber floor mat, bench seat. This car has no trim on it. Can you say stripper? I plan on doing the interior in white and a white vinal top.

Later
Ken

Re: Road Runner Owners Group Registry
Mine is a 1968 Sport Satellite cloned to be a GTX
(nearly identical except for engine and badges in the first place).
Engine was upgraded to a 1968 HP 440 with 727 auto trans and
3.55 gears in an 8.75" rear. Options include air conditioning and AM
radio. After getting this car and finding that there were no Mopar
clubs in the area, we had to start one (we now have 90 members!):
Burlington County NJ Mopar Car Club. Check out our website:

Re: Road Runner Owners Group Registry
I have a 73 runner that I owned since 1977. Back then it had 79k. Now it shows 135k, and still running strong. It is Petty blue with black stripes, black interior, bench and column shift, 400 engine with the TQ carb, and rallye wheels. It is bone stock, no modifications. The car 90% original, almost a surviver in my case. It shows the door dings. It is not a trailer queen, these cars are to be driven!!!.The paint is near perfect since it is garage kept all its live. Both front fenders had to be replaced because of rust. I enjoy cruising on sunny days and go to local shows with the wife and kids. The vin number is RM21P3R220691,and it is in the Chrysler Registry.

Re: Road Runner Owners Group Registry
Bought mine earlier this year. '68 w/383v8 and just a 727 automatic and nothing else! This one came from Mo. nr. Ar. border. It is light blue met. (QQ1 paint code ext. and lt.blue int. ) It,I think. is an early one as it doesn't have a padded steering wheel horn button. RM21H8Gxxxxxx. Am in process of restoring it. It has a bench seat interior. I have been wanting one for a long time. This one came thru e-bay.

73 Road Runner 340 just purchased
Guys, I'm new to this list and I just brought my Road Runner to its new nest on January 11th 2004. It is a numbers matching 340 car. I vertified the numbers myself prior to buying the car.
I also have a 91 Dodge Spirit RT, 86 Omni GLH (just finished resto) and a 71 Triumph TR6.
My Roadie needs fenders and quarters so if anyone cn help with a lead please let me know!
Thanks, Mike

Just joining Road Runner
I forgot to add that my car is a 73 Road Runner 340 automatic with slap stick and buckets. If you know where I can find NOS fenders and bumpers for the car let me know at MichaelADAntonio@aol.com.
Thanks for your help!
Mike

Re: Road Runner Owners Group Registry
O.K., Mine is a '72 FY1 yellow with black strobe, 3/4 black vinyl roof, and black interior. 340 4-speed pistol grip with factory air, console and AM/FM. All original, #'s matching, except changed the 3:23 rear to 3:91 suregrip. Really woke it up! Currently working on "sprucing it up". (That's girl-talk for I'm learning how to restore):D
