greetings to all
well, uh, what should i say. i'm not too good when it comes to introducing myself...
anyways, i'm something of a fanatic when it comes to sumer and general mesopotamia, although my heart is with the original sumerian culture. i've been interested for years (sheesh, it started somewhere around my 13 birthday when i read a book on babylonian architecture), but only recently - read: 2 years - started to actually research and, ah, acknowledge my love for the country and culture. in a few months, i'll finally have the chance to start studying sumerian culture and language at university *sighs happily*
well, i thought i'm a bit of a weirdo, because i know exactly no one who shares my interest in this peculiar part of this world's history. so, i'm quite glad to have stumbled across this page...
mh, there isn't much left to say. concerning belief, i'm a follower of nergal, but as i haven't yet found a decent and accurate source on sumerian magick, i just incoporate everything i can get my greedy bony fingers on and which is accurate (no necronomicon, thanks) in general cmt-rituals and the like.

postscriptum: no, just because i have a signature out of lovecraft's works doesn't mean that i think that the great old ones (cuddly cthulhu) have anything to do with sumer. just to mention it
