your car will bring you much joy and happiness (and some pain and suffering) as you restore it. I found a 73 340 setting in North Carolina (no motor or tranny) in '97 with 36,xxx miles on it. last time it was registered was 1980. I completely rebuilt the suspension, steering and brakes. Dropped in a 360 .030 over 9.5-1 pistons, MP 268/272 dur. 450/455 lift cam, performer intake and 625 edelbrock carb, hedman headers, MSD 6A. my friend built a awesome 727 to stick behind it. still need to rebuild the rearend. drove it to arizona in Jan 2001 with no problems. you can see my car at: www.route66arizona.com
